Girls, pictured stainless steel from Povos. The same plant as MV and SV makes ours. And I understand that the same saucepan from Povos will be supplied to us. I just didn't find it separately for sale on Chinese sites. I wanted to find out about the cost. But I couldn't find it. Truth not long looked yesterday. But I don't think it will be like an airplane, a steamer or other means of transportation. It will be quite affordable, I think. I'm already thinking of what can be cooked in it

A stainless steel casserole is still not planned for 37501?
We sent inquiries to the manufacturer about the lid of the appliance and the possibility of making such a bowl for the 37501 multicooker. Next week we will know everything! (or almost all)

Yes, when I cook with pressure.

If the float hiss, then air is passing through. So look for dirt on the O-ring and if it "sits" tight.

It looks tight, I did not find any contamination. What to do now, will it sizzle and splatter, or is it being treated?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Squaw, and the float itself is not dirty? Maybe something stuck on him and he doesn't fully rise from that? Today I started to wash my own, and there, and there. It seems that after every cooking I have my lid, but today I could barely pick it up with a toothpick. Check it out.
Elena Bo
It may hiss if the internal pimple, which rises up when pressure is accumulated, is contaminated. Rinse this piece of iron thoroughly under running water with a brush, from above and below (by removing and also washing the silicone ring). I hope I wrote it clearly. You may not see this contamination, but it will create a gap at the float.

Will there be a lid?

And I would also like to know, maybe you know (or can find out) what the white thing is - the can on the right in the photo? Maybe we also need it for our pressure cooker, but we don't know what it is

Ksyusha, the pressure cooker in this configuration is sold in the domestic market of China. This is a white piece - a large piece of foam board that acts as a thermos. The set goes like this - a steel bowl, a plastic lid on top and all this is put into this white "thermos". We were offered this option, but we decided that it would not be in demand here. If there are other opinions, we are ready to listen to them.

We will soon have on sale just such a steel bowl.

I thought so, it's styrofoam. No, we don't need such good.My husband with such a "thermos" and only with him alone drive out of the house. He does not tolerate the sounds that this very foam makes. And in general, no aesthetics from such a thermos. What is this? Whether the shell is on top, plastic there, another question. And then the foam. No, definitely not necessary. I cook homemade dumplings by spreading them out on the bottom of the bowl, pouring a little oil and adding salted water. Steam cooking 2 min. for those with ready-made filling (for example, potatoes with mushrooms) and 3 min. with meat.
The dumplings are delicious.
Sometimes, according to my mood, I turn on the Fry / Meat before cooking and fry it a little.

By the way, my husband demands dumplings, and I thought I could just boil water in the Soup mode and cook in the usual way, but now I'll do everything quickly. I cook pasta in the same way as your dumplings, but now something with dumplings Stormozila. Thanks for the tip.

I don’t blame you, everything happens. And how much water at least can you fill? I just want to stew the meat, and add just a little bit of water.
Elena Br
I don't have a pressure cooker. But I think if you don’t fry the meat before that, you don’t need to add water. There should be enough fluid to build up pressure. There will be a stew in its own juice.

Tell me, please, who knows what mode and how long can you defrost meat, minced meat?
hlebopek
On heating, this is the only mode in which the temperature is 60-80 degrees. But they haven't come up with anything better than a microwave. And if you cook in SCV, then you don't need to defrost it at all.

Hello girls (and boys) hostesses. I admire your culinary talents and really want myself a slow cooker. Please help to make a choice. I understand that they are discussing a pressure cooker here, but I see that some have those models of multicooker, a cat. I am interested in. Of all the variety to date, I stopped at four models: Brand 6050, 37501, 37502, Panasonic 18 (181). Please do not pass by, advise which one is better. Very, very much please. Thank you.
vernisag
Yes any of Brand , only from a new batch with updated modes Schaub didn't think about it later which will appear closer to winter.
lidiana
Thank you. Does the 6050 cook both as a multicooker and as a pressure cooker? Are the same dishes in 6050, and, for example, 37501, which taste the same only in 6050, are they cooked faster? I understand correctly?
vernisag
No, without pressure, only the roasting and baking programs.
julka76
But what is fundamentally different from a pressure cooker from a multicooker. that is, what are the advantages of a multicooker over a pressure cooker? I recently became the owner of Brand 6050, and now I cannot understand how to do without it. But on
the dacha also needs an assistant. So I'm thinking whether to buy the same cartoon or for a change.
vernisag
julka76 probably you really need a multicooker as well, but buy it will understand the difference. Of course, I use the pressure cooker regularly and I like everything, but I still like multi more!

You can cook the same dishes in the pressure cooker as in the multicooker. The difference is that in CW the dishes will be cooked (cooked directly) faster in time than in a multicooker. Because the cooking takes place under high pressure. But do not forget that it is still necessary to heat the content, gain pressure and release the pressure after cooking. And this also takes some time. But all one, it's faster than making MV. For example: boil milk porridge in MV for 40 minutes - 1 hour. In CВ with the heating of cold milk, a set of pressure and subsequent discharges, everything takes no more than 30 minutes. And so in everything else.
In a multicooker, the modes are a little gentle, but in a pressure cooker, the products do not lose their shape or taste.

Well, read what Tanya wrote, there she generally has a scientific treatise on this topic.

lidiana, but describe your eating habits and cooking routine: when and what you cook, in what quantities. Maybe then we can orientate.
Today I cook, so to speak, for a quick hand. It takes half a day to cook something complicated. In the kitchen I am a "teapot", but I really want to learn how to cook your masterpieces and spend less time. While we live with our parents, my mother cooks deliciously, so our kitchen is my mother’s territory, and she doesn’t like it when she is helped or hindered there. But, in two weeks, we move to live separately. Therefore, an urgent question arose with the purchase of MB. And there is a small repair. child, no one will help anymore, so it will not be possible to cook for half a day. I would like to abandon everything and go for a walk with the child, or to abandon it in the evening and have breakfast in the morning. We love baking very much. Yes, they also gave me a pot-pot, I haven't tried it yet, with the name of a pressure cooker, but it must be used on gas. I don't know if it will be convenient for me to use it (I periodically forget to turn off something on the stove) or, maybe, it will come in handy. I would like there to be functions for cooking soup, porridge, pilaf, cooking, frying, baking, steaming, stewing., So that nothing sticks to the pot, the delayed start function, so that it is simple and easy to use. Hostesses, please help me to make a choice, otherwise, after my mother's delights, my husband will kick out of the house.
azaza
Lidiana, I think you'd better get a slow cooker, something from Brands. Check out models 37501 and 37502. They will be the ideal companions for you. And someday later, maybe you will mature for a pressure cooker.A pressure cooker (the one that was given to you) will not suit you very much - you need to look after it: reduce the heat when it boils, and be sure to turn it off in time - it will not turn off itself.
Manna
lidianaBased on your story, I would still recommend the 37501 multicooker, not the 6050 pressure cooker.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Lidiana, our girls are right, the multicooker 37501 would be more suitable for you. And with time, you will mature for a pressure cooker already consciously and competently. Let me explain why the slow cooker first. It's just that after the stove, and even with not very long cooking experience, it is faster and easier to switch to a multicooker. And having already understood and tasted the principle of cooking in CF, you will want to give all actions speed, then here it is - the 6050 Pressure Cooker, your darling is waiting for you. I am just 100% sure that at first it will be scary for you to leave even MV, let alone SV alone, unattended. But whatever you choose in the end, you should know that we will help you to master, tame a saucepan and even make friends with it.

Well ... it depends on what kind of dishes ... the meat, yeah, the pressure cooker is faster, but the porridge ... or the vegetable stew ... or the soup there ... until the pressure cooker picks up pressure, until it lowers it at the end ... the same will come out ... yeah

Nope, I didn't guess. My porridge is cooked for 30 minutes with pressure relief. I cook soup if on Soup then 40 minutes maximum, if on Kasha, then less than 30 minutes, because I set the time from 8 to 12 minutes. Well, you already know with meat.

I read and read and do not understand - there is different information everywhere: is it possible to cook in 6050 as in a simple cartoon, without pressure? Then it turns out 2-in-1, and MV, and SV. If so, I will definitely take it!

It's not just that there have been cases, I do this on purpose, if a large piece of meat: one side is fried, turned over, fry a little and closed with a lid, the valve is on the high pressure and is already cooked under pressure
SwetaS
Well, if you do not close the lid in other modes, will it not turn on at all?
If, for example, vegetables with meat are stewed in it under pressure, do they not boil down into porridge?
I love coockie so much. But often too much precious time is wasted on this. I haven’t dealt with MV until now, but now, it seems, has matured. The SV function would not be superfluous, but I doubt whether everything is worth cooking with it.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
SwetaS, if there is not much time to expose, then vegetables and meat are perfectly prepared for renewal and vegetables retain their shape, do not turn into porridge. And the time? Usually the preset time is enough for the dish to cook.

Quote: SwetaS

Well, if you do not close the lid in other modes, will it not turn on at all?

You can cook 100% without a lid. In other modes? What's the point? Then it will be an ordinary pan and how long it will cook in time is still a question.

So how do you choose one? I was already tortured with the choice.
Good day. I want to share my experience with the pressure cooker, since March 12. Before that there was no pressure cooker or multicooker. In general, I had no idea about multi and the principle of work before. Somewhere remotely I heard that there are some kind of multicooker, aero grill, I did not believe in their necessity and need, so some kind of PR.I cooked food in stainless pans with a thermo-accumulating bottom, in a microwave oven with convection, everything is useful without frying. So tired of cooking, for a long time, even if you don't eat. And the family after all. I bought a yogurt maker, drew attention to the multicooker, asked the seller to convince me, so why are multi so good? He (the man) said it was convenient, no need to follow, and so on. I began to look for info on the internet, I got it. The store had this pressure cooker and a lot of multicooker, how to choose them? I downloaded instructions for multicookers and for this saucepan, so the cooking time for multicooker shocked me, from 1 hour or more. So why do I need it if it's faster on the stove. Thanks to this forum for the positive feedback, and I decided so. Two months was in euphoria, it's just a "miracle pot", self-assembled tablecloth! I quickly mastered it, no difficulties at all, when switching from standard cooking, and most importantly quickly. As the saying goes "spoon for dinner ..." Only now there is a lot of free time, and there is a desire to cook! Our menu has now been replenished, varied. Corn porridge, pea porridge, pilaf, stew, zucchini caviar, pastries, and much more that I didn't even want to think about before, because now everything is fast! Now I only cook everything in it. A gadget for the kitchen! And I advise everyone to multi pressure cookers only!
Baggein
I join the opinions on page 107 about the need for additional stainless steel bowls with lids

And there is no data on the cost of the bowls themselves and the updated pressure cookers yet?

Something in all topics these questions appeared
It is better not immediately, but to hold the bowl a little at room temperature so that there is no strong temperature drop (so as not to spoil the coating). And before placing the bowl in the saucepan, wipe off the condensation from the outside.

I finally got this miracle! so far only made a chocolate cake from a recipe book, it turned out very well! Only the book says the time is 45 minutes, the baking mode, but this time was not enough, I had to start this mode again, after 10 minutes I suspended it with the cancel button, I hope this can be done. Another question - can you open the lid during baking?
