MariV, wonderful bread

In general, testing could have been stopped at this - the bread maker successfully passed the test!
Rye bread is one of the capricious ones.
Automatic mode yes, but on manual if you make such bread
Gasha
Ol, thank you very much !!! Is there no Rye Bread Program?

There is a 5-minute pause between the first and second kneading, so, in principle, this can be considered one batch ... The fifth batch is generally a kneading ... It's amazing ... Time in kneads goes on increasing ...

MariV- Olya, why did you say that? After your words, I'm ready to buy it !!! But I don't need a third bread maker !!! And we can do it, I just don't know about it yet ?!

P.S. By the way, are they already on sale? Is it worth coca?
Vichka
Girls !!! Thank you very much for your kind words!
Yesterday I tried manual, it didn't work, it seemed to me that there was some kind of malfunction with the "manual" button
Gasha
Vic, wait until ... Do not go into the "manual" Set yourself a task - to achieve the correctness of the kolobok during kneading ...
Elena Bo
You should try to cover the HP on top with a folded towel during baking. If it helps, then the heat goes out through the viewing window.
Gasha
Maybe because there is no crust color setting in the "baking" mode?

There is no crust setting on Baking in the models I know either ... So it's not because of this ... Misunderstandings ... Previous breads were with a ruddy top ...
Vichka
Were with a ruddy crust, but there was a crust exposed.
Gasha
Vika, in most ovens (I will not talk about everything), the crust is exposed in the regime programs, but not separately on Baking

Girls, all the same, it would be more correct to put the foil (just in case of fire, t. T. so.).

Exactly on the "dough" mode, where there is no crust?
Gasha
Lyus, well, the old breads without foil were baked normally ... What happened in the Baking mode?
Luysia
In any mode, if you put the foil on, the crust will be fried.

I meant that if you close the window, then with foil, not a cloth. Nobody has canceled safety regulations yet.

Is there a saving of the program when the power is turned off? How many minutes? Read the instructions. If there is, I'll tell you how else you can ...

Yes, I opened it directly on Brand's website.
I looked at the possibilities "manual setting" and under the upset - the maximum time of the last spreading is only 90 minutes. This means that sourdough bread may not have time to go well. In order to bake different sourdough bread without yeast in this bread maker, it is advisable that on the program "manual setting" the maximum growing time was 3.5 hours.

There is a 5-minute pause between the first and second kneading, so, in principle, this can be considered one batch ... The fifth batch is generally a kneading ... It's amazing ... Time in kneads goes on increasing ...
There is no special rye program, as well as a special scoop. The instructions say on page 12 above - Whole flour bread - used to make rye flour bread.
I bought my Panasonic in 2007 - after 4 years of intensive use - I don't use:
- Prog "Fast" - well, we don't like this kind of bread!
- "Baking" and "jam".
I didn't like it either.
In general, I cook jam in the old fashioned way - only in an enamel bowl or in a raw way.
In this one I do not yet understand about the coating of the saucepan. Hope to get a response from Brand.
But I won't cook jam in it.
About the "Pastry" program - no illusions, I don't expect a particularly excellent result, but I'll try.
About closing the window with towels, foil, etc. - I, what is my name at home - "director of panic" - I'm afraid!
In the instructions in black and white - don't! And I won't. Better to find an alternative.
I have not yet crawled to the manual mode - now it is worth it with bran like "Barvikhinsky" - I put the "Whole-grain" express on program 4.
Yes, I drove it out on "noodles" - everything is OK with that!
Gasha
Ol, I generally only use Basic, Pizza, Pelmeni, Dough and Baking, I don't need the rest of the programs ... Most often I use the Pelmeni or Pizza programs, that is, I need a batch from these programs, sometimes I use Dough, and always - Baking ... That is, I distribute the dough as much as I need in time and bake as much as I need in time ...

1 hour soaking in a warm bread maker ...

it happens that an hour is not enough ...
MariV
Galya! Like-minded person!
And then the question to the manufacturers - do you need extra programs?
I'll come back to the scales - yesterday, after baking rye, I removed the scales from the container - and they are hot! Not hot, of course, but sensitive to the hands. And their body is made of plastic!
Today, during the kneading, I also pulled them out so that they would not shake during the work of the HP. The vibration from HP is quite small, but it is noticeable for electronic scales.
About sound - I shot a video, I'll post it later.

In general, the design and functionality of the stove is good! Separate drawbacks regarding the assembly - I think that Brand is already working on this.

Gasha
question to manufacturers - do you need extra programs?

No, Ol, people are all different, and the programs are also different ... Someone generally starts to master HP from muffins and jam ... Someone bakes only on automatic programs ...

They are needed mainly to attract a buyer who is not knowledgeable, but loves to have everything and more. Basically, beginners are all like that, and I was no exception.

I generally use 4 programs: Basic, pizza, dumplings, pastries. And the rest are idle, when I bought it, I ran all the programs once and that's it. Not all lies! I have never used jam in either the first or second bread maker. The bucket is a pity.

Gold words!
Count it up, in the summer I walked on topics - looked after myself another cartoon - mine is good, quick, I wanted to, you fool, more - but how to find out the latest news? arranged surveillance for IRRcoy - where she is, there I am. She flew into Temka about BRANDs - and there was the distribution of elephants - offensive, missed - and then Vadim inadvertently dropped the word about HP - and it would have been modest to pass by, so the toad strangled - remembered her tortured Panason - and now - the woman had no worries. ........

Ol, these are pleasant worries! I, too, promised my Panasik a long vacation, drove him in so that he was already creaking and puffing.

No need to cut. Take a larger piece of foil, roll it up several times about the size of the window. And then, turning the edges, make exactly the size and shape of the window so that you can put it directly into the recess, where the glass is, on top. I generally have a curly window. If it's not clear, then I'll throw a photo.

In my opinion, these are already unnecessary gestures, Vika already has good bread, especially considering that she has only known the stove for a few days. It's just that there are always people who are trying to redo the process, and their hands are itching to attach something ... so I definitely would not buy a device around which you then have to drive shamanic dances.
Some time ago they also wrote to me about binaton, they say there are as many as two windows and they must be closed by all means - I have never done this, and I do not experience problems with the crust.

Sasha, what did you expect better - the assembly or the structure itself? Did they think that she herself would also sculpt pies or what?
I have had it since Friday - quite worthy! Wheat, rye, with bran - what else? Well, yes, there is always a bucket of flour, liquid and a spatula next to it - so this set will already stand near any HP if you take baking seriously.
The instruction is written with an understanding of the process. She kneads hard - that's important to me. Somewhat noisy compared to Panaska - but zealous!
I will not talk about the intricacies - why is it necessary to develop gluten either mechanically or chemically - so much has been written about this on the forum! - but that this HP actively kneads is a very big plus!

Sasha, what did you expect better - the assembly or the structure itself?

I think it's just that Sasha was not satisfied with talking about closing the window. I don't understand it myself ... I have cheap an inexpensive stove (and more than one), I do not perform such manipulations with it.

Olga And Vika, bread 5 points.

Assembly and incomprehensible, periodically white top And the price, let's say, is not very small 4500 rubles

Marina, in Panasonic there is no "manual setting" at all, but we bake rye breads with sourdough well; we do the kneading in "dumplings", then with a delayed start the program "Rye" - you can even not take out the scapula. And this is possible.

Program 16 "Manual tuning".
Immediately about the button ON OFF - on incl. - responds immediately. On Off... - not always.
To cancel the current program, the on / off button must be pressed and held.

The "Manual setting" button also does not react immediately, even if, as it is written, press and hold. It turns out so far only from the third or fourth attempt. But it turns out.
To select manual mode, the "manual mode" button must be pressed briefly; to start programming - press and hold this button.

Quote: MariV

If you made a mistake during the settings of the modes, you can return only using the "menu" button.
If you are in the "manual mode" programming mode, you need to press the "manual setting" button to cancel the wrong settings. The display will show the program number 16 and the time of the previous settings. To start programming, press and hold the "Manual setup" button again.

Quote: MariV

... If I understood correctly, can I write down what I just scored? But it will not store this after the end of the program, and if so, where and how to activate this memory?
Manual configuration saves your last program settings. Therefore, if you have recorded a certain mode, then the next time you turn on the bread maker on this program, you can immediately press the "start" button. And the execution of the program you recorded last will begin. Thus, your unique mode remains in the memory of the bread machine.

I would be very glad if you write whether my clarifications helped when programming in the "manual setting" mode.
MariV
Elena Br,
Thank you!
Elena, I will definitely write - now KHP is busy, the program "French bread" is underway. Then I will put rye in sourdough - now I write intervals and T.
