I'm here to celebrate that the bread turned out, I decided to stir up the buns today. Let's see what happens.

EIPHNH, from the Gallery, copy the code (the first for example) and paste it into your first message by clicking the EDIT button.

Is the crumb really yellow (from what?) Or is it just lighting?

In the cut it turned out yellowish (I do not know why, spiral into flour, it is somehow yellow. But the mother-in-law makes it out of it and it turns out white-gray inside. She does not add sugar and does not put so much yeast)

And I also think that I needed to add more flour, it turned out to be very airy. And there is less sugar, otherwise I just ate it like buns, you feel a certain sweetness.
Lud-Mil @
So, my husband and I kneaded the dough with our hands, what kind of consistency it should turn out - no one knows
I remember in some culinary show the chef advised to touch the earlobe - the dough should feel the same.

And I! I ask my own: what to cook in a slow cooker? - Pasta horns!

Cherry came to me, I checked it, everything is fine, tomorrow I'll go give it. I have a question about the package: I found a plastic cover in the box. It is not indicated in the inventory, is it a gift?
Rick
I have a cover in the inventory, and it was on the site when I ordered it. Look, the instruction manual on page 3 should be. If not, then a gift

Oh, and it is already packed, I can't look. I called my friend, they brought her MV a couple of days ago - she also has a cover. It is a pity that I do not see it in accessories, I would have bought it at an affordable price, tired of covering the pots with plates. Until now, I have not seen silicone covers in our stores.
Elena Br
Good day.
To find out if there is a bowl lid in the package, just read the list of accessories indicated on the box.
This lid does not fit snugly on the bowl (the lid is slightly larger), so we did not plan to sell it separately as an accessory. So the included bowl lid is a gift.

Yesterday they brought my beauty, started testing, cooked a lemon - there was no smell (or rather, there was just a smell for the first few minutes and then it was a new technique and it disappeared sooo quickly), now everything smells like lemon.
Now I set to cook boiled pork.
I was very pleased with the recipe book, beautiful and colorful. The presence of the cover did not leave anyone indifferent either, thanks!
Rick
I baked a cake yesterday in our cartoon here according to this recipe. Baking time 30 minutes. This is how it turned out

I sympathize! what's that !!! these are flowers! and berries will be soon too !!!
there are also grills, muffins, slow cookers, waffle makers, crepe makers, an air fryer (if you try very hard, you can still buy), kneaders, air grills ......... and many other useful things in the household !!!

Oh yeah! But the kitchen is not rubber. Can you remove the microwave? Two multicooker would fit in its place (well, ideally, a multicooker and a pressure cooker).

What a fine fellow you are. You have time for everything. And I'm doing everything fast and something simple I cook in MV. The cake is very attractive. But how can I replace sour cream. Well, we don't have it.

Greek yogurt! Better yet, drain it a little on gauze to make it thicker.

Thank you so much. But Greek yogurt is dense (although they are different), but we take dense, as much as a spoon is worth.

What a fine fellow you are. You have time for everything.
In fact, the cake was baked at night, when I had already put the child to bed. The next day the guests were supposed to come, so I sculpted. And so, too, there is no time for anything. The maximum is a simple pie or casserole. And basically, too, in a quick way, I'll throw something in the cartoon and that's it.

The brain is already boiling from the "pangs of choice" ... "I still don't understand" - with this slow cooker you still need to think about it (time to set, temperature)? I want to press the button, which is ON and that's it, is that possible? In this model, there are only 2 automatic modes, I understood correctly, the rest need to be adjusted?

With this slow cooker you can do whatever you want! You can set the temperature and time yourself (manual mode), or you can select the desired program and press only start!
Rick
In most cases, you select a program and just press START. Well, as a last resort, you sometimes need to set the time yourself, depending on the dish. But! For especially advanced users

and yesterday night I decided to cook pilaf, well, it means I prepared a zirvak, put rice, poured water and put salt and spices, it was still bubbling after the "frying" program, and then instead of pressing the "buckwheat" button I was distracted ( I decided to cook rice for the salad in a small radish), and I won't even say how long my pilaf stood, I opened the lid, there was no more water on the surface. Well, I thought, I thought, and turned on the "buckwheat" program.
and uraaa !!! what is our mulya smart! and it's good that it has touch modes !!! mulichka cooked me pilaf in 37 minutes !!! despite the approximate time indicated on the plate 45 + - 5 minutes !!! a mule cooked pilaf until the water boiled away !!!

Girls!
tell me how to cook beef liver and lungs? I think on stewing for 3 hours. But I'm afraid there won't be foam? I have to leave, but I want to make pancakes with liver for the evening ...
vernisag
Before cooking, the liver must be soaked in milk or cold water for at least 30 minutes. This is done in order to remove the bitterness. After soaking, the film must be removed. Bring water to a boil and remove the froth. It is better to cook over low heat. The whole beef liver should be cooked for about 40 minutes. If you cut the liver into small pieces or strips, then it will cook quickly - in 5-10 minutes.
The beef lung is boiled for 20-25 minutes over low heat, after cleaning it from the trachea residues.

Oops, thanks for the quick reply!
I have it in the water right now. So that means an hour will be enough for her to cook?

Oh, take me rather to the ranks of the happy owners of Brandushka 37501)))) For more than 4 years, Panasonic has served me faithfully and truthfully, but I managed to ditch it - I put it on the stove and turned on by mistake the very burner on which Panasik Dna was standing she doesn't have it now, but she works at the same time)) But, of course, there is no question of turning it on and leaving now - I had to look for a new assistant! And now, after fluctuations between 502 and 37501, I managed to slip into the departing train and bought exactly the 501st, champagne)))
A very beautiful young lady, inside and outside!
I started mastering right away - first I made a soup of cheese curds: in the FRYING-VEGETABLES mode, onions and carrots were fried in 6 minutes, then I poured chopped potatoes there, poured some lentils, salt, lavrushka, 1.5 l peppercorns. water and set for an hour and 10 minutes for STEINING. 10 minutes before the end, I added cheese cheese for the soup and greens, shabby on a coarse grater and slightly diluted with boiling water - lepota!
In the evening, I was preparing a hodgepodge of young cabbage: I fried the onion for 4 minutes on the FRYING VEGETABLES, added the meat (pork) cut into 1 * 1 * 1 cm cubes, turned on the FRYED MEAT for 15 minutes. During this time, she mixed it several times. I want to note that some pieces of meat were not very thawed and in the first couple of minutes they gave juice in a saucepan, which immediately began to evaporate and the process was just frying, not stewing))) At the end of the program, I put chopped cabbage, salt into the bowl, pepper and put STEWING OUT for 1.5 hours - excellent salty came out !!!!!
In the morning, I started to play a crumbly millet porridge - I really like it when millet is not a mess, but with whole grains)))) I rubbed a piece of pumpkin (150 grams) on a coarse grater and processed it for 3 minutes on Fried Vegetables. I poured 1 MCT of washed and scalded millet, 1/2 MCT of milk, 1.5 MCT of water, 1 hour into the bowl. l. sugar and a pinch of salt, about 20 grams of butter (but generally ghee would be ideal here)). I put it on MILK Porridge for 30 minutes and after the time had elapsed, exactly the porridge that I wanted was ready - golden, crumbly, fragrant - from such a quantity of products 2 servings of deliciousness come out))
Well, I also managed to cook chickpeas for a salad in a cartoon - for 250g, chickpeas added 1.5 liters of water to the bowl and for an hour for STEWING - I salted somewhere 10 minutes before the end - I prepared perfectly!

In general, how glad I am - words cannot convey))) Next time I will add a photo

I checked it with a thermocouple: it reaches + 100 ° C on Steam, boils for 1-2 minutes, then a "click" of the relay is heard and instead of 20, already 19 minutes on the screen. It does not give any errors. Most likely the cherry was "fermented" I washed it last night and left it on the table. Small Brand was bubbling today too. Well this is the first fresh cherry compote in these MV.

Now I cooked pearl barley, the MV keeps the set temperature, probably it was a glitch. I cooked so that she did not run away. First, I steamed it on Manual 80 ° C for 40 minutes 2.5 mst. water from 1mst. pearl barley and 0.5 tsp. salt, then, when the water was absorbed, put it on Buckwheat. All! No water - no foam!

Girls, help please, my head is already spinning All hope is only on you: rose: I lived quietly with my Mulinex pressure cooker-multicooker, but after reading the forum I realized that I just need one more multicooker !! Frying - frying is also in my pressure cooker, but sensory cereals, milk porridge and delayed start are clearly not enough! Logically, for such needs it is necessary to take a small cartoon, such as a benaton. But after reading this thread I realized that nothing could be better than 37501! And yet, help, tell me your opinion, is there any point in buying it and "spreading the porridge on the bottom" or buying Binatone MUC-2116 or some other small cartoon? It just scares that if you don't buy 37501 now, then this will no longer be there Help please
Vei
Well, that depends on the amount of food you cook! After all, if the family is large, then 37501 is an excellent choice, and if you are alone, then a small cartoon is definitely needed. That being said, what exactly do you need touch modes for?
In general, for what purpose do you need the second MULTI-cooker? You are already an experienced pressure cooker, you understand your needs. Although no one canceled the Wishlist either and forbade it to exist
vernisag
And Binatone MUC-2116 does not cook milk porridge ...
balabolka
Thanks for the quick answers, I didn't even expect it! On touch modes, as I understand it, cereals are well prepared for a side dish. No need to try to guess the time, as in moulinex, to make a crumbly side dish, or am I wrong? Of course, Brandovtsy will release other good models, but the trend of deterioration in quality, as happened with 502, is alarming. That's why, after reading your reviews, I think, maybe you still need to buy a 37501, and then figure out why? All the same, many of you have more than one cartoon and everyone has a use? And I still have time to buy a small one for porridge .. Do not consider it a flood, but can you tell me what is good for milk porridge? Or already brand-name wait though what quality will be
Vei
If there is a need for a multicooker, then the 37501 is a good option, there are no touch modes in the 502, this fact can still be considered by Stadler.
And from the small ones, at the moment, Redmonds 01 and 02 are good for milk of all types.
What Brand will offer in this segment, we will eventually find out.
RepeShock

That's what, with what, and with the Redmond I would not mess with, that's where the quality is not so hot.
What is meant by "the trend of deterioration in quality, as happened with 502 ..." is also completely unclear.
In the 502nd, both milk porridge and side dishes are perfectly cooked. Although I will not extol it to the skies, as they do here with 37501, in which, as it turns out, there are absolutely the same problems as in any other mv.
Vei
Ira, there are no ideal MVs, and 37501 is not extolled to the skies (not all, in any case), but if you had both, then you would understand the difference and most likely you would be more loyal and tolerant to the inhabitants of this topic
RepeShock

When they talk about Redmonds, I cannot be tolerant)))))
excuse me)
balabolka
In 502, I read complaints about the smell of plastic, the outgoing cord and the e3 error, therefore, I concluded that the change in the plant did not affect for the better
