And what to do with it .... as much as a whole liter .... So I decided to bake cupcakes and chose this recipe ..... everything is like a recipe only instead of yogurt, liquid condensed milk and without sugar ...... It turned out to be the most delicate ... insanely tasty muffins ...... yes, I also soaked them all with the same condensed milk ... just stunned ........ Cool recipe. I had half-eaten homemade yogurt a week ago. I did it twice, both times with boiled condensed milk, and quenched the soda with vinegar. Awesome! And not as greasy as regular muffins.

An important note about baking soda and baking powder: if the dough contains sour milk(sour cream, kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese in large quantities, especially chopped), we use soda, if the dough on fats and / or milk is not sour, then put the baking powder. My sister shared this secret with me 15 years ago. And it works!
