Ingredients

Flour 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Olive (vegetable) oil 60 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Combine flour, baking powder, eggs, vegetable oil, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cut sweet peppers, onions and tomatoes into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Mix with dough. At the end, stir in the grated mozzarella and finely diced meat products. Mix well.
  • If the molds are not silicone, grease them with oil and sprinkle with flour.
