It is unlikely that a unit for such a price also has a combustion fuse. While the unit is under warranty, of course, you can take a chance. But in general, as far as I know, blenders are not designed for continuous operation. That is why the button is not fixed for them, it is necessary to hold it - so that the blender does not burn out from the zeal of the hostess. Blended for a minute or two - release the button. Turn it on again. I do not take breaks from work. Unless, when I beat the whites, it takes a few seconds to switch the speed in the off state (it is advisable to start them at a minimum, and gradually bring them to the maximum speed). By the way, Deksik never warmed up for me, the handle was cold to the touch all the time. Unless, when whipping the whites (this is the longest process that I have blended so far), the handle became slightly warm. Just a little bit.

The first time (I had seen enough on the internet) I added all the ingredients along with the butter, but alas, it did not work out - everything stratified, I had to throw it out. Most likely a special technique is needed there. On the second try it seemed to work, but it was watery. Here is the composition:
2 eggs + 2h. l. sugar + 0.5 tsp. salt + 0.5 tsp. mustard - mix everything with a blender (foot), then gently pour in the oil in a thin stream, without ceasing to beat (I already beat it with a whisk) The mass begins to thicken. At the very end, I added 3 tsp. vinegar.
But, again, I got a liquid one, maybe not enough oil (I added it by eye, I don't even know how much it took)
P.S. oil must be taken refined, without taste and smell.

I'll tell you in detail. I drive an egg into a container (jar, glass). I try to make the yolk fall whole. But it happened and spread, and nothing terrible happened. So the egg. Top with a mixture of spices (half a spoonful of salt, dry mustard and black pepper, I don't put sugar - personal preferences). On the egg, generously sprinkled with spices, I gently put my foot. I don't turn it on yet, just put my foot on the yolk. Already with my foot I pour oil into the container. Not drop by drop, not in a thin trickle - pour the entire dose at once. I usually pour it by eye, about 200 ml per 1 egg (I don't do it anymore, because it's better to make it fresh in a couple of days). So, all the products are in the container. Now I turn on the 5th speed (in Dex this is the maximum, then only the turbo, but I do not touch it). The leg is firmly pressed against the bottom of the container. You don't need to wiggle it yet.Literally immediately after turning on, white clouds begin to break out from under the foot (in milk mayonnaise, this happens generally instantly, in egg mayonnaise a little longer, but also VERY quickly). We are waiting for the clouds to increase so that there are practically no oil gaps left. Then we begin to move our leg. Very slowly, literally a couple of three millimeters at a time, pull the leg up, and then return it down. Pull up again and down again. Each time we go up higher. But by no means upwards so that the knife grabs free butter! If pure butter gets into the knife - krants, even what seems to have turned into mayonnaise will stratify. And only when there is practically no free oil left, only miserable islands on top, then you can use your foot thoroughly, without fear of ruining everything.
Try again! It should work out. And in no case throw away the mayonnaise that has not been received - it can be reanimated. But the lazy method won't work. We'll have to drive a whole egg into another container, and literally drop the "sick" into it. Gradually, the mass will begin to emulsify, and then you can pour it in in a little larger portions, but still very carefully.

Well, and a whisk. I use it for whites or whole eggs. You can beat the batter. Whether he will cope with a thicker one is still a mystery to me. For a thicker one, I have a mixer, for a very thick one - HP. So I will not load the blender with something that is too tough for it or not very typical.
In general, if you demand from Dexik exactly what it is designed for, you will get an excellent result. Well, I think it's not worth waiting for him to do absolutely all the kitchen work. Still, each kitchen unit has a narrowly defined "sharpening". If you use it exactly according to the profile, the technique will last a long time. If you give the unit tasks unusual for it, probably in a few months you will have to think about purchasing the next blender.
