May @, about mashed potatoes - the girls wrote that you can first knead with a mixer or the like (so that there are no lumps), and then add butter and milk and beat with a whisk from a blender. You can try.

Keti, this is called the Mixer Rack. An antennae stick out from the side:

I didn't try to attach the mixer there, it is quite conveniently located in the closet. But the blender motor lay there, as in its own nest.I have it constantly connected to a surge protector with one, for five sockets, a switch (I clarify, because I used to show a photo where each socket had an individual button). I turn it on when I use something, I don't bother with laces. That is, in order to activate the device, I need to remove it from the shelf and click a single button. Very comfortably!

Summer adjika, for example

Can I have a recipe for summer adjika? Until the weekend I will already have a Dexik, I would just try to do it .. I will be very grateful for the recipe !!!

Of course it is possible
Summer adjika is just the job for the dexika grinder.
It's simple:
sweet pepper (I take any - red, yellow - but only I buy thick-walled) - 6 pcs
bitter pepper - 2-3 pcs (but here already try it to your taste - either add or subtract)
garlic - 3-4-5 heads (also vary to taste)
greens - parsley, dill - I add a lot
tomatoes - I take a tomato based on 2 sweet peppers (can be replaced with tomato paste at the rate of about 1 tablespoon for 3 sweet peppers)
salt to taste - I make it salty enough

I put in the chopper in the order: sweet pepper on the bottom, then garlic, then green leaves, then bitter pepper, then a tomato, sweet pepper on top again. Well, and so evenly several bookmarks. I pour everything into a saucepan, salt, pour it into jars.
KEEP REFRIGERATED! I pour it into jars almost under the lid or how it turns out, adjika does not ferment.
Adjika is designed for current consumption, I don't know how much it costs - it doesn't stagnate here for a long time.

Hello everyone !!!

I also want this blender, I have already reviewed them ... my head is spinning. Husband found the site yesterday 🔗 - I liked it. I need to make mashed potatoes and the like for the baby, and I also want to instead of a mixer. Will he handle everything? And where can I get blender recipes?

Thank you)))
Hello!
If fruit and vegetable purees - it will be super.
What would you normally do with a mixer? If you beat the whites to the peaks, then yes, if the batter for pancakes-pancakes is also yes, but if the dough is for a cake, for example, or for cake (I knead with a mixer) - then no, of course, the blender is not designed for this.
And the recipes - and what recipes there can be for this unit - chopping and whipping and your imagination.
I made a purchase in the Matrix online store (the one that follows your link) - good impressions from the store remained
azaza
tan4ikvo, our Deksik, of course, is a smart, handsome man, but he will not replace a mixer. And no other blender can replace a mixer - these are different appliances that perform different (albeit in many ways similar) functions. The mixer will whip up whites and cream for you (Dex will definitely handle proteins / whisk /, I checked it personally, cream - theoretically possible, practically never tried it), crumbs, dough for pancakes (Dex will handle / whisk /). A mixer on the shoulder and heavier dough. But the blender is powerless in this.
But the blender will whip you a gorgeous sauce a la mayonnaise in just a minute, mix a milkshake with ice cream and fruits, grind boiled vegetables in mashed potatoes or puree soup (but not potatoes! , carrots, cheese, chocolate, any raw vegetables, etc.
There are no blender recipes. It just helps you do whatever it takes for your recipes.
tan4ikvo
Thank you)))
I really need it for the baby, we just need 6 months to start introducing complementary foods.I am looking for a faithful assistant.
And you need to beat for a biscuit, I do it in the microwave. There you need to knock down sugar, eggs, milk, butter and flour, there are small proportions. I think it can handle it?
tan4ikvo
Maybe not in the subject, but ... please advise a good bread maker, asked to choose and order. you need 1 loaf and that it interferes like that on both sides. I don't really understand them. I was looking for a blender for almost half a month. Well, I think DEX is worth it.
and now here's a bread maker. I have no idea how to choose them.

"Enchanting omelette".

Ingredients:
- 9 home eggs;
- a glass from the Dax blender;
- whisk from Dax blender;
- a pinch of salt;
- floor cloth;
- apron (desirable)

This is my recipe today. Well, you can’t do it, since I’m a turf, I’ve never used such a whisk and glass. And I had "eggs, eggs ..."

Eggs, eggs. All lines are smooth.
Eggs, eggs. They rotate funny.
Eggs, eggs. Done, two minutes
Eggs, eggs. It'll be cool!

She went and looked. Whoa! Whisk? And sho, there was no enchanting cocktail?

Why then did my balls "spin amusingly"?
May @
Well, I think that the cocktail was made with "foot", and the omelette was made with a whisk. It is not worth it in a glass with a whisk, you need it in a wider and deeper container.

No, Ira writes that she whipped with a whisk. Then I won't understand why my balls flew away. And with your foot - yes, everything is fine, at least pour a full glass.
Lozja
Here the main question is different - why did the blender give up at all, if I never beat eggs on an omelette, except with a fork? I don’t beat them for an omelet at all - I mixed them with a fork and that's it. And today I thought - well, I didn’t buy the device in vain, or what? Well, she "shaken up".

Thank you girls! today I tried the newly acquired Dexik for the first time. I made summer adjika according to the recipe, in general it turned out deliciously, but as for me it is very spicy. Next time I will put only one bitter pepper, I think it will be just to my taste. What was disappointing was its color (though not that important) - which is a dirty gray-brown. I associate adjika with red, burgundy color. In general, the recipe is good, thanks for the advice, it's delicious!
I also made mayonnaise according to the recipe: 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. l. vinegar, a little black pepper and 200 ml. sunflower oil. It turned out good, thick, also used the advice of the above master class on making mayonnaise. But in my opinion less vinegar is needed.
In a chopper I made a puree for the baby from apples, chopped carrots and onions for frying, and ground the tomatoes. In general, Deksik coped with all today's tasks perfectly, he cuts everything super, well done! So far I am happy, good helper! and the main thing does not take up much space, it is easy to wash and always at hand! I think we will be inseparable friends in the kitchen!

Here is the question: what is the maximum for the blender to be on? I'm in 10 seconds. tried to turn it off so as not to overheat ... Or not? Girls, and please tell me the recipes for milkshakes in Dexico. I have never made a milkshake in my life, so I don’t know which side to approach it ... thanks!
azaza
Hmelovochka, with a start!
Of course, a tablespoon of vinegar is a lot! Tea for this portion is quite enough, maximum one and a half. I mostly use either lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
Milkshake: freeze milk well (so that it does not turn into ice, but only partially freezes, along the edges of the container). Put the berries in a glass of a blender, whip it with your foot (blender, if not your own), add milk, whisk it again. The most delicious cocktail is ready. Add ice cream or sugar if desired.
About the duration of the blender. The longest thing I did was beat the whites. The process took about five minutes. During this time, I interrupted work several times in order to change the speed and take an intermediate result. Basically, I work like this: I held it for a few seconds - turned off, immediately pressed the button again. I do not interrupt the chopper until the degree of chopping suits me. In general, I worked with them for a minute, that's for sure. But in principle, a few seconds are usually enough.

thanks for the answer! I just thought of vinegar that there is a lot, right in the taste of mayonnaise, its taste is clearly felt, next time I will know. I'll take 1 tsp. I'll try to make a cocktail, I already want it, I described it so tasty
Should the adjika be of the same color as mine, or did I do something wrong?
And one more thing: whisk the dough for pancakes or beat it with your foot? That's it, I probably got everyone with my questions ... well, my blender is the first in my life. And this is DEKSIK !!
azaza
I don't eat pancakes, so I will answer purely theoretically: I would beat them with a whisk. Girls, if I'm wrong - correct, help the little man.
And the adjika will turn out to be the same color as the ingredients you put there. If the pepper was green, adjika cannot turn out red by definition. And if the peppers are red, the tomatoes are red, it simply cannot turn out gray, even if the hot pepper was green.

Probably because I had more ice cream than milk, and the milk was also chilled in the freezer on the advice of Azaza - somehow everything went fine, but I did this once. Maybe it just happened by chance. It's easier for me to make a cocktail in a stationary.

Girls, today Dexic helped me make a cream liqueur like Baileys. I really like to indulge in them sometimes, but they are very expensive. At home, it turns out to be much cheaper, and very tasty (I could not stand it, I tried a little at once, without waiting for it to be infused. I found the recipe somewhere on the Internet, here I will share.
Baileys liqueur recipe

In a blender, mix:
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
Whisk!

Add:
2 tbsp. tablespoons of fine-fine instant coffee
Whisk!

300 grams 33% cream
Whisk!

300 grams of vodka
Whisk!

Pour into bottles, let stand overnight and drink.

Advice:
1. If there is no fine instant coffee, you can take a large one, but drip a little water.
2. Cream 33% can be replaced by 20%. It will not be noticeable.

Girls, tell me, than at high speed (at 5) you whip mayonnaise, the thicker it is? Is it 3 liquidish? Or am I wrong, and the speed has nothing to do with it? I just make it according to the same recipe, and depending on the set speed, it turns out different in consistency ...
azaza
I did not notice this. My density depends on the amount of oil. I've been doing it by eye for a long time, without any measurements. Liquid, which means you need to add oil. Dense - dilute with boiled water (a little bit !!!).

Recipe:
liver (took chicken or beef) - 800g
carrots-2 pieces (large)
onions-1-2 pieces large (especially if beef liver)
milk-1/2 cup
butter-100gr, and a little more for frying.
salt, spices to taste
Chop or grate carrots, onions. Fry in a pan in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Finely chop the liver and put it in a pan with vegetables until the liver is ready, but do not dry it out. Then heat the milk in the microwave. We take our favorite shredder, fill in about half. Grind, then add butter and milk. And we repeat the procedure with the second part. We mix everything and send it to the refrigerator, but you can also eat it warm.

Today, finally, I tried Deksyusha on a pancake dough. I beat it all the same with a whisk. Sumptuously!!!

I proceed from the fact that I have never whipped pancake dough with a mixer, always made it in a food processor with knives, where it was mixed until smooth, but did not whip. So I reasoned that I would do it with a leg with knives, and not a whisk. Therefore, I clarified - that this is exactly what I would do. And there everyone decides for himself how he is best.
