Unit UEM-762 - 3 in 1 Planetary Mixer

The blender jar is glass (and very small, literally 2 mugs). The meat grinder comes with 2 grates (with large and medium holes), a sausage attachment, a kebbe attachment and a pusher. A grid with small holes for pates can be purchased. The price is around 350-400 rubles.

I received this kitchen machine as a gift when I decided to try making homemade sausage, so that there was something to not only make minced meat, but also knead it. True, so far I have only tested it on the test.

I will add some of my photos:

Despite the huge box, the mixer itself is quite miniature (I expected the worst) and fits into my kitchen without any problems. I can take a picture of him next to something so that the scale is clear.
The bowl does not have any handles (this is a minus), but the whisk attachments snap tightly with a turn and do not fly off (this is a plus). The spray cover is not attached to the bowl, but just above the rim and must be put on in advance.

I really want to drive a meat grinder tonight.
Ask, we will test the beast together)))

Lenok! Congratulations on a really welcome purchase! And instead of a blender, he has a shredder-grater-cutter, no? How is Kenwood? Doesn't fit? And additional, maybe sticks, instead of a meat grinder?
Coffeeberry
eta-007, Sveta, thank you!
No, there is no cutter, at least a native from Unit. But, perhaps, it is compatible with something else, I can photograph all the connectors where that is attached. Yes, and it’s inconvenient for me to attach something from above, in the place where I identified the mixer, spoon-blades hang from above.
eta-007
That is, I correctly understood it to you only for the dough-mince-cream? Well, good! Itself in the cache with a mixer, a juicer and a squeezer for citrus fruits from the force of two times used. But using a grater constantly. And I'm interfering with the mince!
Nice little device. The main thing is nothing more! So there is nowhere to put!
Coffeeberry
I have graters-shredders with a separate unit, it is convenient to shake out directly from the bowl into the pan. And here is a bowl without a handle. Although, if there was a grater that can rub into any dish, I would even use it! But for me for minced meat, first of all, in the second for cream and biscuits. If the yeast dough turns out to be no worse than in HP, then it could be removed in the cabinet.

It will work out! I do it with a hook. By the way, I also mix meat for ham. At minimum speed.
Coffeeberry
eta-007, should the hook and bowl be cooled in the fridge? I just haven't made a ham yet, I just want to start!
velli
Coffeeberry, Lenochka what a pretty baby! I congratulate you on such a super-helper in your culinary creativity! Let it please and inspire you to new culinary masterpieces! Show us and tell us how she helps you. Good luck!
eta-007
Flax, I'm not cooling anything. The only thing is that the cubes are bacon from the freezer.
Coffeeberry
velli, Valya, thank you very much! So many warm words are always from you!

It didn't work out with minced meat today, because I tried to defeat the meat grinder all evening, I already wanted to change the mixer. She didn’t want to be fixed vertically.

In the end, it turned out that she just wildly tight, I was afraid to break everything nafig. But I seem to have learned to screw it on, even though my table drove off in the process.
Nowhere in the reviews do they write a word about this ((

Hehe, I opened a topic on my phone while driving home (without authorization), and this is who!

In my opinion, this is a problem of many meat grinders (or their owners?)
I will read the topic, even though I do not need anything... The unit seems to be such a workhorse that is not noticed, but it does the job (I have a scale on a tip Miranda, that's a thing! )

Don't you plan to use the kebbe attachment? Interesting ...

I only had a hand one, it was screwed to the table. Before buying, I read a large review about this model and it said that the meat grinder is attached with a light movement. The man wrote, maybe he was okay, but I almost broke my hand! Everyone was alarmed in WhatsApp, together they found out if I had a marriage)))

I felt respect for them when, having lost the valve from my pressure cooker-smokehouse, I wrote about it on the multicooker forum. Their representative immediately wrote to me and asked for the address. A week later (!) I found a letter in my mailbox, where several such valves were attached at once. They didn't ask for a check, I bought it in any year, they just sent the necessary part and that's it. I then fell into the sediment, because, on spare parts and components, they usually make money, taking advantage of the fact that you can't use it without some kind of catch.

As for the kitchen machines, I never found anything else for that price. All models with a meat grinder start at 15 thousand, and I took this one for 5700.
Quote: Kubeba1
Don't you plan to use the kebbe attachment? Interesting ...
Kebbe is a kebab? I want to try everything in practice, plus buy the smallest grill for a meat grinder. And then my processor does not grind pates very well, I always have to bring to mind with a hand blender.
velli
Lena, and for me the "kebbe" attachment to my Zelmer meat grinder somehow remained unclaimed. I couldn't find anything to fill these hollow meat tubes with, and I'm not interested in that either. The sausage attachment turned out to be much more useful. It is good to buy a pate lattice, if possible, it simplifies the preparation of minced meat for sausages and small sausages (2-3 times) + punching in a blender and good mixing. If it were not for the Bosch combine with a meat grinder and dough mixer, I would have bought such a Unit model, all the more so the price is attractive for it. It's good that the kneader has a "K" -shaped attachment, which is ideal for mixing minced meat, meat for ham and sausages. In my dough mixer with a hook, which is not very suitable for this purpose.

Oh, yes! I remember how I suffered with Bosch until I got used to it. True, to a greater extent this concerned the dough sheeter, I bought it separately, and the meat grinder was complete with a used combine.
Coffeeberry, Len, congratulations on your assistant, looks very elegant. That really is really compact? In addition to mum5, I have a clean dough mixer with a 4L bowl and a similar build. So I will not say that it is small ... Now I just took it off the cabinet, I barely found a place on the table so as not to interfere: I want to see which nozzle would be better to knead the minced meat on the sausage. True, his power is only 600 against 900 for mum5, but hunting is worse than bondage.
Share your impressions, outwardly cute machine.
fffuntic
Oh, what a beautiful car you have. So laconic and neat.
I also really love the unit firm, I have a lot of their equipment and I like everything, both externally and functionally. I also came across their service, I also have pleasant impressions.
I hope the purchase will be only joy. I am pleased to read your review.I didn't even know that they had harvesters.

But what about the tightness of the meat grinder? maybe it's worth talking to the service, is this really normal? The service, at least before, was very friendly. They met halfway on all issues at once.

2-3 times in a row or freeze the minced meat after each time? I am afraid of sausages and sausages of the "doctor's" type, as I have not yet made ordinary sausages. But I cook pates every week, I love them very much!

Just before buying, I studied a review where this model was compared with Bosch Mum. On the tight dumplings, Unit turned out to be more powerful, and so they go through the nostril.

Thank you so much! 💐
Well, maybe these are my personal cockroaches, but I was afraid it would be huge and tall. I removed half of the equipment from under the locker. And when I put the mixer, I was able to return everything back. Here he is next to Martha, a 5-liter multicooker. Unit UEM-762 - Planetary Mixer 3 in 1
I wonder if it is possible to select a compatible dough sheeter for the Unit? There the mount is a hexagon.
fffuntic, Thank you! 🌺

I just bought it yesterday, they didn't even put a seal in the warranty card, they gave me 2 weeks to check it with the ability to return or exchange. I just can't understand whether such a tight meat grinder is the norm, how girls write or is it a marriage. If it develops, then God be with her. And if this should not be so, then I can still make a replacement without any service in the store.
Rituslya
Helen, congratulations on your new assistant!
Let it serve for a long time and do not know wear and tear!
What a pretty boy! Now we are waiting, for example, for the result of beating one egg. Well, or something else.
Coffeeberry
Rituslya, one thing he definitely will not beat. Today I beat for three for 20 minutes, the whisk is not adjusted in height, it does not reach the bottom normally. Eggnog and no peaks, not even soft ones. Apparently, I still have to change it on the weekend, since in the video review I see that the guy beats eggs into white foam in 3 minutes (mixer of the same model). So, this is exactly my copy "with features".
Rituslya
Helen, it's a pity ... Can you twist the whisk, for example?
But how about the dough? Have you tried it?
Coffeeberry
Rita, the universe did not want to deliver this particular purchase to me so much)) First, the courier took it to the wrong address (the same street name, but a different area) and the delivery was postponed to me for 3 days. Then, on the day of delivery, I could not find my passport at home and they gave it to me without documents)) Then I almost freaked out, screwing the meat grinder for 3 hours, and now the whisk beats the eggs for 20 minutes. Maybe it's better to change? On the same, but "mine". And then I already have a bad feeling. Until the weekend I will see more, as this week I will not trudge with him.
fffuntic
I would not delay. Since this is nonsense, another instance can only be better. An unadjusted whisk is too much

in Keny there is an opportunity to twist the whisk.
Twisting in vain and breaking is generally pointless and fraught.
But maybe there is a function to tweak. You never know ...
velli
Elena, Maybe it's better to change to another while there is time. If you got used to it, then take the same.
fffuntic
so very pretty. In addition, I have a unit of airfryer pressure cookers that have not been killed for several years, although the coating of multi-bowls is far from being Panasonic, but Panasonic is the only one.
But it is necessary to force to give the adjusted normal copy of the combine. And do not pull. To have more time for negotiations and verification.
Coffeeberry
fffuntic, Lena, pretty, yes. But, most likely, I will make a refund. Whisk, after all, without food you cannot check in the store. And I do not have a car, I cannot master several attempts to return / exchange. The box there is huge and it doesn't even have a handle.
Quote: Rituslya

Yes, even if you don't break it ... Having bought a new thing, you don't want to twist and finish something there. It must work out of the box as it should. If not, let them do it themselves, and I'll buy another thing and use it.
True, I will not find a planetary mixer with a meat grinder for the same amount, I will have to buy it separately.
On Saturday everything will be decided, on a working day I still won't go.

the whisk should fit so tightly that you can force a piece of a sheet of printing paper under it. That is, the closer to the bottom - the better, but do not scrape. The sheet of paper should not pass easily, this is the required gap, no more. You can check without food.
Coffeeberry
Marina, it is more expensive, but if I buy the meat grinder and planetary mixer separately, the same amount will come out. Tell me, does the meat grinder work well? (For me it is primary). Doesn't make a crackle if the film or grease gets caught?
And at the expense of delight, I, before buying, read a very detailed and enthusiastic review ... But I myself do not know yet if I want this particular car again. There would be a problem-free copy, there would be delight)))

I won't buy a single thing again without consulting smart people from our forum. I'm serious.
I'll go and try to slip the paper under my whisk to see if this is the case.
Marpl
Elena, for large volumes I have an Axion meat grinder. And I purchased this kit for small volumes. It is very convenient to first knead the dough for the pie and until it fits, scroll the meat. She made dumplings, rolled the breasts without problems. And I like the dumplings dough better - for 21 seconds in Phillips with knives. Earlier, when I was reading the topic about combines, someone wrote that they squeezed the whisk with their hands so that it lengthened a little and almost reached the bottom. Try it, it might get better.
Coffeeberry
Marina, I will not squeeze and twist anything, otherwise it may not be taken from me for exchange or return)) You have not yet made minced beef in this meat grinder?
Marpl
I didn’t twist the beef, because now you will not find it in stores and with dogs. Spun only chicken and pork.
fffuntic
I like saber knives more in a meat grinder, so I also have a domestic separate meat grinder Breeze, my sister Axion. Perhaps it is possible to look for such knives with a unit (I have a Bosch combine and its meat grinder and I don’t even know where I put it, I use a separate one), now it seems like craftsmen are making them.

and I'm against cuddles. The whole design of the engineers in the shape of a whisk, air entrapment, and compression worsens these characteristics. If it is possible to replace the aggregate, it is better to replace it, or let a specialist come and do it in a human way. I don't think there is much work in there.
Maybe ask at the service center?
Anna67
Quote: Marpl
her now in stores and with dogs
How so ?! I just bought it yesterday or the day before yesterday. True, it was not a shop, but a shop.
Coffeeberry, that's right, no need to twist what to hand over, otherwise they will say they themselves broke.
I tried to knead the minced meat in 600W endevere: it kneads, of course, but I agree with someone's review on the Internet - it's rather weak for minced meat.
And I generally recommend our meat grinder, such as Axion or Gamma, I hope the quality has not become worse in several years since my purchase. What I like so much is cheap, compact and cheerful, besides, you can attach the grates from my old manual meat grinder, small pate just from it ...Gamma also likes the design of the grater with a squiggle, there was something to compare with when she rubbed the quince on another, she was tortured to pull it out of the grater.
fffuntic
with meat grinders it is necessary to go to their topic. There is still a different noise. The attachments are different. I have my own quiet and little breeze and it suits me 400 percent, but I don't know if there is a better one. Well, yes, my pieces of iron can rust without leaving, but I look after, and the quality of the minced meat is just fine in my eyes. It cuts qualitatively, a minimum of juice, but there are saber-shaped knives and a very sharp grate.
I looked at my friend's assistant - I didn't like it at all, she screams like a locomotive, and rubs worse in my opinion. Boshevskaya from the combine was not immediately impressed by either the quality of grinding (but here it is about ordinary knives), or by the narrow neck for loading.
Coffeeberry
While I put a couple of napkins folded in four under the bowl, she herself raised herself closer to the whisk. There, the fact is that the mixer leans back and when you return it to its original position, it springs up a little. If you put something heavy on top or press with your hand, then the whisk reaches the bottom, as it should. But I can't always press down on him with my hand))
At what speed in a planetary mixer is it supposed to beat eggs? At the highest?
I already understand that you will have to buy a separate meat grinder. Since sometimes lard is needed for sausages, but here it is forbidden to grind fatty ones.
fffuntic
They begin to spin the protein at a low speed of 1-2 until a heap of bubbles appears, as if they are then prepared for the action of high speeds, and then they beat it at about 6-7 speeds of kitschen, that is, at a medium-high speed. Look at Selyanina's YouTube, she whips simple meringues there (video in the public domain).
If you sausage immediately on high in the old fashioned way, the quality of the meringue according to Selyanina suffers. Although on our forum after adding sugar, many girls go to the highest speed and make a cream.
But in any case, the highest speeds are not applied on empty protein, only with sugar.
Coffeeberry
Lena, I just thought that maybe this is my joint - I beat the eggs at low speeds, afraid to overbeat. Then, having gone over all the speeds, I stopped at the highest one and only at it could I achieve at least some peaks. Maybe it was necessary to immediately beat on a high, then it would have worked out faster.
Due to the fact that before both the mixer and the meat grinder were only manual, I can not even determine whether I am mowing or is the mixer "not like that".
fffuntic
no. The whisk should grip the protein. At first, there is practically water and only isolated clumps of protein, so it is important that the whisk fits as low as possible to the bowl with a small amount of protein.
If these bunches are just spinning and not breaking, then here is the non-whipping effect. In theory, you could check for a poor fit of the whisk if you took and simply whipped the protein by hand until frothy, and then started the whisk. Protein uptake would increase and the process would speed up with the result.

Theoretically, if the whisk stands high and grabs a tiny squirrel from the bottom, then it makes sense to start at a high speed so that the initial clots can be driven at least faster. But this is already a perversion, not the correct whipping. From the black sheep ...
If the whisk is too high, only the correct situation can be saved big the amount of protein. So that the rim is immersed in it, then the grip will immediately increase. A high-standing whisk requires more product in the bowl and can be whipped at the correct speed. That is why the question of whether it is possible to beat 1-2 eggs in a bowl is often a stumbling block when choosing a combine.
For example, so that Bosch, starting from the 8 series, could whip a small amount of product, an adjustable whisk was introduced there. For small ones, it is at the very bottom, and the more product, the higher the whisk should be raised

Perhaps the Unit Harvester is designed for a minimum of protein in the bowl above your tab. To beat the minimum, you need to use a trick, such as twisting the protein itself a little))), or somehow bring the bowl closer (this is only required at the beginning. After increasing the volume, the whisk already captures everything easier). It is possible to start with a higher one and then lower it = although this is the worst way out for products that require very high quality durable meringue.

Rituslya
I have another good dough mixer, so the girls from the topic taught me to immediately beat an egg at high speed.
Helen, try it.
fffuntic
Elena, at low speeds, first to the end, you can beat the egg for about 45 minutes or more, sometimes this is turned for some very rare products, but very rarely. At low speeds, there is too little energy and the process is very long.
For a normal ordinary meringue, you do not need to suffer so much, only at the beginning you can have a low speed, but after foaming, not lower than the middle of the speed indicator.

Coffeeberry
I immediately tried high speed to pick up the egg. The same 15 minutes at maximum speed until a light white foam (not peaks), the bowl was spun twice during this time and began to jump. I decided to add butter to this egg crushed with sugar, then flour, soda to make shortbread baskets. The oil intervened normally, but the flour settled at the bottom, the whisk did not reach it. Still, it's him, not me. Because, as much as he could hook, he wrapped around himself in the form of a ball, and some of the flour remained lying at the bottom of the bowl. I had to pull the dough out of the whisk with my hands and stir it myself.
No, I was convinced once again that it was necessary to change.
fffuntic
I suppose that here the minimum number of products is meant more than what you use.
But the shortbread test is about nothing at all. I didn’t have a kenwood with kitchenaids - everything can be perfect there, but my bosh, mulks, vitekas, that is, more budgetary versions, all demanded help for the sand in cleaning the whisk and scraping the butter-flour from the walls with a spatula. The harvester itself does not do everything.
Meringue harvester must myself make. But even heavy b. h. you have to control it at the end, raise the layers from the bottom. I repeat, perhaps very sophisticated combines are all by themselves, but I have never had such.

There must be a recipe book there. Look for a minimum of meringue eggs.

BUT if you need to do a small amount of everything for family needs, then - yeah - most likely the unit needs to be changed. Not all manufacturers think that in a 5 liter bowl they will want to beat two squirrels and make a couple of tartlets.
Coffeeberry
fffuntic, there is a bowl of 2 and a half liters from the force. He's petite. The very first time I tried to beat 3 eggs + sugar, as you remember. For more than 20 minutes, he nagged them. I believe that 3 eggs is normal for a charlotte, for example. I can't break a dozen every time.
There is an instruction on 4 pages))) Just a list of nozzles and how to connect them.
On Saturday I'll hand it over, I'll take a planetary mixer without meat grinders-blenders. A meat grinder separately. I just can't choose which Axion - their sea of configurations and all are inexpensive))

fffuntic
3 eggs? not .. nonsense. Should have knocked down without talking. Change unambiguously.
Axion differs in nozzles, reverse (that is, the ability to scroll back if the veins are wound) and power. But the higher the power, the more noise. I have a breeze, probably from a series of the weakest, but also the quietest, so pleasant. And her strength is behind my eyes for the house, I need to estimate the processing speed for you and so that the knives are saber-shaped. The more grates the better. Although you can buy in addition.
As a vegetable cutter, they are rough for me. The rubbing is too large for my taste, the size of the rubbing did not suit. Not using.
The other day we were just considering a budget alternative to boshams
there were also torments of choice
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1007.0
Dasha chose Moulinex QA5001B1, so far she is satisfied. But she doesn't bother with perfect kneading. There, in the topic, we discussed a lot of what is needed from the combine.
Bosch has a problem with a normal whisk for choux pastry, you need to buy at least flexi. But in other respects it is excellent.
(we are not talking about the pros Kenwood and Kitchen dear)

eta-007
fffuntic, Lena, thank you very much for the "whipping course" of a small amount of eggs!
My Kenwood protein from one egg is also not enough to beat. From three. And something I doubt that the gap there was the thickness of the sheet ...
It seems to me more ...
But now I will definitely beat them up with a good quality, after your lesson!
Coffeeberry, Lenus! He is not worth your torment! Fuck it! Take my husband's advice that multifunctional techniques are rarely successful. High-quality debugging is still only in stationary devices.
Coffeeberry
eta-007, Svetik, it seems to me, there is work for 5 minutes, adjust this whisk!
You may call me crazy, but I like this mixer - the quality of the materials, the build. When I decided to take it, I reviewed a bunch of models in the price range up to 10 thousand. And the result is something unpleasant. The Gemluxes have a whisk almost made of wire, the Kitforths have plastic with burrs, very, very cheap and every print on it is like a greasy spot. On Ozone, in reviews, people post a photo of how the Gemlux GL-SM-88R corolla is deformed (for 10 490!), If some screw is not screwed on:

Unit UEM-762 - Planetary Mixer 3 in 1
Unit UEM-762 - 3 in 1 Planetary Mixer

And the worst thing, everyone writes that this is a ubiquitous problem - someone reaches the bottom of the whisk, someone does not. And it does not depend on the model, but on a specific instance. You can't guess. It does not matter whether the meat grinder clings to add. nest, mixers without a meat grinder have the same garbage ((((Qualitative debugging, it seems, is only for expensive brands, I don't pull them yet.

I called Mvideo, they "made me happy" - they won't accept the mixer back, as it was in contact with food, they have the right by law. We are ready to send for examination for 20 days, if the marriage, then only then will they replace it. I ask, where is the manufacturer for examination? Yes. Well, I myself called the Unit service center and outlined the situation. They answered, bring it any day, that the seals in the warranty card are not affixed, it does not matter, there would be a check. But they also said that you bring for examination, although I only asked to adjust the height of the rim. So I don’t know now, maybe I shouldn’t go to the store, take him straight to Unit? And so and so to them. Only 20 days are stressful, what can you study there for 20 days?

Thank you! Already clearer. And this rubbing does not scatter all over the kitchen, I see there are graters in the form of a wheel.
eta-007
Coffeeberry, Lenus, take it to the service center right away! Why do we need blacksmith unnecessary intermediaries? You don't demand moral damage from these goats! Although no, do not take it: you will not receive money back from the service center? And these (the store) can get up in a pose: we did not send - it means a refund through the court! Do you need it? Let them fool themselves. But I'm 100% sure. They will adjust the meat grinder and say: everything is fine - take it! And you will prove to them about the gap under the rim as thick as a piece of paper ...
I'm wallowing about contact with products !!!!! But what about the technique for cooking without food to check? On the water? Or is it also a product?
Coffeeberry
eta-007, so a refund is possible only if the examination recognizes the marriage. And 2 mm, for which the corolla does not reach - is it really a marriage? I understood that if he roared, knocked or smelled like burning, it would be possible to demand money, since the examination will easily confirm that this is a factory defect. And from the point of view of the store, I want to return a working device, serviceable. And it fits into the category of goods that cannot be returned if they have been used at least once. (Serviceable. Defective, burned out during the warranty period can be returned just right). How to check without food, I have no idea! But I, in any case, in the service.
Accomplishment
Lenuska, call again and get on another operator. Sometimes on these hot lines such nonsense is carried, and also drawn. True, I came across in Sberbank - I see a straight picture: a guy of about 30 years of age is sitting on the hotline and shows off that he is cool, and I ask him stupid questions. Both laughter and sin. For a short time, his music, of course, played ...
