I'm not talking about bananas. I dried berries. It seemed enough. I put it in the boxes. A few days later, white mold went. Apparently, you need to adapt to each type of product. Onions and greens were dried normally and kept mold-free. The apples dried out normally. Little ones like that. Can be eaten as soft chips.

I take the very, most ripe (just sweeter and faster dried) with almost black skin, which seems to be no longer possible to eat. If small, then I cut it in half and another lengthwise into 8 parts. Last time I cut it into 4 halves altogether, because they were too ripe. If in circles, then it turns out too small. Dried the night, or rather, dried. When they cooled down, I put them in large glass coffee jars. They stand perfectly. But before winter, I'm afraid they won't live, we'll gobble up.
