Shashlik bread

Ingredients

Sourdough (I have rye, 100% moisture) 130 g
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Riga balsam (optional) 0.5 tsp
Fructose (can be substituted for sugar or honey) 1.75 st. l.
Buttermilk 150 ml
Water 190 ml
Powdered milk 2 tsp
Wheat flour 1 grade 405 g
Wheat flour 100 g
Flaxseed flour (can be replaced with wheat flour) 20 g
Granular garlic (can be fresh) 1 tsp
Mediterranean seasoning (seen in the photo) 2 tsp
Dried basil 1 tsp
Oregano 0.5 tsp
Onions (Was in a kebab marinade, then fried)
Cheese 35 g
Wheat bran 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Shashlik bread

  • Fry the onions while cooling down, knead the bread. The gingerbread man is perfectly round. Add the fried onions and cheese at the signal.

Note

The aroma and taste of barbecue was noticeably felt in the bread, since the onion was taken from a barbecue marinade.

The Mediterranean seasoning includes: paprika, coriander, garlic, basil, allspice, onion, garden mint, thyme, oregano.
