Halibut with tomatoes and onions (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Halibut 1 PC
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Onion 1 PC
Mayonnaise (optional) 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the fish into portions.
  • 2. Put onion half rings and tomato half rings on the fish (slightly greased with mayonnaise on top), salt with pepper.
  • 2. Selecting the Stew mode
  • 3. Open and enjoy !!!! The fish is not jarring, juicy, though it turned out sooo much broth.

Note

As a rule, I cook fish either in a Multi-cooker for 8-10 minutes, or in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Here I wanted something on the Stew - not disappointed.
