Ice cream lemon

Ingredients

Lemon 2 pcs
Sugar taste
Cream 450 ml
Quail eggs optional

Cooking method

  • I was making lemon! But for an amateur - my friends liked it very much, but my husband didn’t see the acidity - it was very sour, although the sugar was normal.
  • I did: juice from 2 lemons + sugar = cooked syrup, cooled it + 450 ml of cream, whipped everything into an ice maker. (You could beat another 4-5 quail eggs, but then it was not available).
  • It's cool to add such ice cream to another with a ball - the contrast is interesting - here it is sweet-sweet and immediately soberingly sour!
