Today I made a chocolate simply, without eggs:
400ml of buttermilk cream 20% + 200ml of their own 15%.
In half a glass of milk I brewed 2 tbsp. l cocoa with sugar to taste, so as not to taste bitter.
I dropped some rum flavoring there too.
I brewed 1 tbsp with 15% cream. l. with a heap of starch, rather thick, however, it turns out with such a quantity of liquid, but later with a blender he grinded this jelly with the remaining cream, cocoa, a pinch of salt and a glass of sugar. powder into a homogeneous mixture.

In the course of the action, he poured about 70 ml of cream, added a tablespoon with a mountain (so that the soul was calm) of peanut butter. Chocolate ice cream (no eggs) I heated this case in the microwave, processed it with a mixer and added to the total mixture ...

Didn't drive anything in! I just mixed it thoroughly :)).

It turned out so tasty that I even doubted whether it was necessary to freeze it :)). Chilled in the freezer for about 30 minutes and in an ice cream maker.

Approximately h-z 25 minutes she creaked. The mass turned out at the same time softish, but it will come in the freezer! Chocolate ice cream (no eggs)

Note
The author's residue on the sides of the ice cream maker turned out to be quite strong, non-persistent and captivatingly oily. Next time, with peanut butter, perhaps instead of 15% cream I will take 2.5% milk.

There is a softish mass, which is fluffy and already climbs out :)). And this one turned out to be more fluid than fluffy and its volume did not "swell" to a full bowl.

But...! The peanut butter gave it an amazing taste and texture. Now I took a frozen piece from the freezer - it melts on the tongue rather slowly .. That's what you need :))).
