So I bake bread in it every day, and make jam. Not a single scratch on the bucket.

I spent about 10 minutes buying the first stove. Moreover, I expected to buy the most expensive and sophisticated one, fortunately, there is an opportunity. But she compared the programs (and they turned out to be identical, most are even shorter) and the manufacturers and bought the German Severin. I decided - tomorrow it will break, then I'll buy Panas. And he, the cunning one, does not break for years, and does not break ... Moreover, my bread, according to objective assessments of impartial common eaters, is tastier than the bread baked by a friend in Panas. So, undoubtedly, the hands of the baker play a significant role. I decided to buy a second stove, and exactly the same, so as not to carry mine from the dacha to the dacha. I went to the store. My Severin is not there, but Ariete is worth it - an exact copy, only in different colors and much cheaper. Both the menu and the instruction are all one to one! Then, according to the same scheme - I bought it, I decided - it will break down tomorrow, then I'll buy it ... And it doesn't break, and it doesn't break ... And tastier ...

You have a Severin oven. Please tell me if it is possible to knead a tough dough for dumplings in it?

I will quote you the Admin answer on this matter.

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...topic=56828.msg252085#new

"In any oven you can. If there is a mode of Pelmeni, Pizza, Dough.
Even in the dough mode, you can knead the dough - only kneading, no proofing.

The dough is kneaded, then removed from the cotton and placed under the bowl for 20 minutes, then you can roll it out.

More details here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=50979.0

All questions on the preparation of the dough are transferred to the section Dough - dough for dumplings. "

But I want to draw your attention to the fact that for each brand of stove we have our own section and it is better to ask questions there about a specific brand of stove. According to the Severins here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=67.0 section.

Yes, tomato, can.

even if there is no * dough * program, you can knead both yeast dough and not yeast dough on any bread program .. just after the end of kneading, turn off the x \ n and get the dough.

I took Kenwood 210 for myself - now just a test loaf is being made ... I compared prices - half the price of Panas 255 ... For me, the price in this matter was the determining factor ... So far, judging by the window, the crust falls inside (((( But there are still 15 minutes - we are waiting))
ava
NOT ADVERTISING. A TIP Have time to take Pan 255 russ. In 256 and 257 full analogue + Italian bread ??? ventilated opening on the left and all description in English?

I also had an inexpensive Novex stove, the experience was unsuccessful. The smell from it and from the bread is so awful that I handed it back to the store. The examination showed that this is a defect of the heating element. I don't buy any more unknown and inexpensive manufacturers.

This is not the oven's fault, not the regulated bread recipe.

I have a LV after a great repair ... after 8 years of operation, everything flew - an oil seal, a bearing, a belt .. Yesterday I brought it home, baked bread by eye .. I looked at the dough mixer somehow kneading everything from below - the bun does not spin And the bread turned out like this as if they forgot to put the kneader .. So I think what should I do? - buy a new one or try to reanimate again ..

just like mine .. .. also worked for 8 years ... until there was a new bucket and belts in the service, I bought the same one from my hands, for ridiculous money. and in the "iceberg" service, for example, a bucket 1500 + a belt 1200 + a stirrer 510 (if the bucket is not included in the kit) .... which is good, there is everything for repairs and you can handle it yourself, you also don't pay for the work of the master .... spare parts can be found cheaper ...

Once the master told me - the H. P. is designed for 7 years.
If possible, buy a new one! : girl_in_dreams: Yours honorably worked for 8 years

In my experience, in our old Ski, everything still works (11 years old) .. and she survived the clathronic ... and she pulls the steep dough better. but she does not have a separate baking program, and this is a drawback ... I would not bother with repairs now - such a large selection of new ones for any wallet and request ... it's a pity there is no such action for bread makers as for cars, I handed over an old one- got a discount on a new
mowgli Did the belt on your Ski break or just fell off?
mowgli
the oil seal broke, the oil seal dripped, the liquid dripped onto the bearing and the belt was rubbed, there are no belts on my old model, I also don't have separate baked goods, so I want a new one, but it's a pity to throw the old one anyway. What is your second Yana?

:) the second, or rather the third of the same model. I got caught on an ad for a third of the price, completely new .... the second was a clathronic ... 1.5 years the bucket lasted only.
why are there no belts? they are standard ... they are suitable for all models with the same housings .. but instead of a belt, I cut a clamp from a concrete mixer in half along the length and put it .... twists .... do not throw the stove away ... if not you can knead the dough, then you can bake (cover the bottom with a hole with a film from the baking sleeve, turn on a suitable program and proof and bake the finished dough) I now have a clathronic in the country with a second happy life ... though he has separate baked goods and he we have a universal stove there ...

A familiar master did it, he said that he did not find it on my model, he put a belt more, but he wound something somewhere, the kneader twists, but to no avail.

that is, the problem has been solved? and it remains only to buy a bucket .. or not?

No, the kneader is spinning, but does not interfere, the impression is that it does not exist at all

that is, the blade does not rotate with a load, but does it spin without a load?
mowgli
Apparently it twists slightly, the bun does not turn over, the dough is kneaded only at the bottom ..
*** yana ***
Now it is clear. (oh they will take us to renovation soon). in hp, there are actually two belts. one flat with a diameter of 10 centimeters - it is put on the wheel, which is directly under the mixer. it gives grip to the main belt and this wheel ... and the second, with longitudinal grooves, from the motor and on top of this flat one is put on ... if it is of a larger diameter, then the motor mounts on the body must be rearranged so that the belt is strongly tensioned ... then the rotation will be strong enough and the dough will be kneaded ...on the body where the motor is mounted, there are additional holes where it can be reattached .... I did just that, but I needed one more hands to pull and hold until everything was fixed ... well, the shaft itself, on which the oil seal the developed one needs to be checked .. if you hold it with one hand from below, under the bucket, and use the finger of the other hand to twist the scapula with effort, does it not turn?
mowgli
I see, I'll try to take what they say to another office?

yes, after your own bread the store is not tasty. here, just in case here is a reference , how to eliminate the rest of the damage in the bucket (oil seal, bearing). suddenly the Master will find your bucket to repair ... and you will have two stoves. or at least you will know what's out of order ...

I bought Moulinex 2036. I suffered with a towel, foil and other tricks for 10 days, but I managed to bake only 2 more or less edible loaves. He spat and handed over to the store with little difficulty. At first they said that a technically sound product that was in operation could not be returned and exchanged. But how can it be serviceable if it does not bake bread automatically? And how do you know that the product is G ... .. without using it? Accepted, sent to the service and received an answer about non-repairability! They offered an exchange, but no longer believing in this model, I refused and bought the simplest Supra-150. She has been working with friends for about a year without problems. I found out the recipe from them without any scales and milliliters, and with a measuring cup and a teaspoon folded the ingredients, pressed the button and waited. A miracle happened! After 3 hours, this baby without any problems in automatic mode gave out a beautiful, but very small and tasty loaf of bread with a beautiful crust. So for one person, this is just a godsend. And the price is scanty and there are no heaps of programs incomprehensible at first. The next stove, if I decide, I will only take Supra.
mowgli
And I generally like Supra as a company: I just adore the multicooker, the electronic scales have been added, they are also cool, and it turns out that the bread makers are just Super!

Invented and assembled in China, and Chinese goods are ordered and sold in Russia and Ukraine. And when the Soviet psychology of the Russian person will change .. at this time, Chinese goods are often good, not bad. In Europe, America, Japan almost nothing is produced anymore .. especially for a foreign market - the work is expensive.
