Natasha, your kulebyaka is just a song of Russian pre-revolutionary cooking
I didn't find words right away, the girls said and wrote everything ... But I wanted to somehow express the impression in a special way - according to the recipe

IRR right - "everything came together ..."
but again - just a SONG!

The delight of the guests who saw this miracle knew no bounds! Oh, oh, sighs about the taste, of course, and there is nothing to say. Very, very, very tasty. True, I allowed myself for the second time, and in the photo it is already the second pig, to change the filling a little Thank you very much human

Natalia, once again read your recipe! I seriously thought ...

Thanks again, natapit, for the recipe for this kulebyaki. Nice, tasty, satisfying. This is the fifth time I've done it. I already combine the fillings from what is available, the main thing is the incomparable serving of the dish. This time, I mixed in a raw egg into the finished rice and meat filling, and now when cutting the kulebyaki, the filling does not crumble and, as it were, is "caught". Now that's the only way I'll do it. In the photo there is a kulebyak made from half a portion from the recipe.
