Ingredients

Dough:

1 tbsp kefir (liquid)
2/3 tsp baking soda
Filling:
~ 1 kg chicken / turkey meat
3 pieces of onions (medium)
100 gr cheese
3-4 pcs processed cheese portions
salt
2 tsp granulated sugar

  • Mix kefir and soda, let stand for about 2 minutes, sift flour and knead the dough. The dough should be plastic and not sticky.
