Well, yes, what you showed is specifically for the test. And what ala showed is for greens, but it IS POSSIBLE for dough ...

I only have an apple-cutting alive .. and then only because it is completely made of metal
ala
I would like to pre-cut for Niser with long blades ... Do you think it will work?
Oca
Ala, I have something similar for French fries (a mesh of fairly sharp blades and two handles). I don’t use it, my weight is not enough to push the potatoes through them, and the last centimeter of potatoes gets stuck between the blades.
Nonsense
Hello everyone! I also have such a knife, as Ala showed, (Joseph). I use it very rarely. Although I recently had a bunch of parsley, I had to freeze it, and it is already quite tough. I had to cut off every leaf. I used this knife to chop - good. She talked and turned it around without looking at the board. It seems to be good. Safe anyway. I also sometimes use scissors for herbs when I need a little greenery in a plate at once. And the thing for the dough was so necessary - I could not eat! While she is lying, I have never used it.

I have a similar one. To cut raw potatoes, you need to make remarkable efforts, especially in cubes. But boiled vegetables for vinaigrette and okroshka are beauty! There are inconveniences, of course: a) the cut product gets stuck in the cells, is squeezed out only by the next batch of the product, the last batch has to be pushed out of each cell by force, b) there is no container for collecting the cut pieces. I got used to, of course, shaking off each batch in a bowl, but sometimes it still flies around the kitchen.
But it costs a penny And wash a little, if you need to cut a small batch
dopleta
For greenery, I like this knife more than scissors (but ordinary - still more)

Larochka, hello! And for some reason such a thing did not work for me. Joseph still has very sharp blades.
For cutting potatoes into cubes, I also have a few adaptations. One is very, very convenient, with a container. I can't insert MY photo (they've already explained to me about the photo from the Internet) - I can't connect a camera to my computer.

and what from the internet? then insert the link (inactive) and we'll go and see
Nonsense
argo, I don't know how to find it. I'll be at home - I'll look at the company (I'm at work now).
By the way, no one knows what this test gadget is called? When I searched for him on the Internet, I was exhausted. But I saw the video! She was so well managed there! Found it by accident (on eBay, I think), bought my son.
argo
I typed a knife for chopping dough in a search engine .. but it gave out only on Amazon

I have completely metal slices and squares. I use the square shape for raw potatoes, boiled vegetables and, mainly, for chopping strawberries for jam. Just a handful of berries on the sharp side and push through with your palm.

I bought such a thing a hundred years ago, at the dawn of "Turkish deliveries". I only have squares. Due to the fact that I rarely use it, it is still quite sharp. Yes, the potatoes get stuck, I push the last one with the blunt end of a Chinese stick. There were somehow no potatoes in the house, only very small ones. I couldn't put it on Berner, but with this cutter, quickly chick-chik into soup.

The green scissors were not impressive either.

Alim, but my cuts are wonderful! Before that there was another (similar) one, the insert flew out of it constantly, I sent it to the link. And nothing flies out of this one. What company - I don't know, the box has been gone for a long time, but nothing is written on it. I think it's just "China" (although they sometimes do pretty good stuff too).

The garlic and cheese grater is a godsend. I don't rub anything else on it. I rub the cheese on slices - if you need a little julienne or something like that.

My son-in-law was laughing like crazy when he saw the little girl. Say, this is for Barbie dolls. And I very deftly rub nutmeg on it into minced sausage.

I turned over the photo of the bowl in the phone, but our site still loads like that, and otherwise I could not choose the angle.

I was a little upset)) I asked for a spatula-knife and a silicone slotted spoon to send green ones, they sent them at their discretion.
I liked the very long blade knife. Bowl, 3 liters, graduated.
And today I have already postponed the stash for the next order. Still, I want to order a folding drushlyak and long blades may appear.
