Anechka, I want to make a bun out of your five-minute dough. Do everything exactly according to the recipe? Reduce-increase temperature?

yes ... not a very budgetary thing!
there are analogues, every 8 times cheaper - they carry out service regularly
Anise
Kara, Ira, according to that link, the five-minute bread has been baked.
It is better to reduce the temperature, for silicone such a high temperature at which we bake cakes is not very suitable.
Therefore, in this form I baked at 200C, after 20 minutes I reduced the temperature to 180 C, the whole time took 45 minutes. After 35 minutes from the start of baking, I unbuttoned the fastener so that the bread browned on top.
I usually take 400-420 g of dough for this form (no more !, otherwise the bread will be cramped).
The form with the dough was laid out on a regular baking sheet for the oven, it was preheated together with the oven.

Probably, it is possible to bake according to some other scheme, but as for the first time I cooked, so I followed this baking algorithm.

I will add a photo of bread in the form (this is a simple bread "in 5 minutes", it contains water, flour, salt, yeast, olive oil and oat bran):

Irina, give me a link! It’s too late for me, I’ve already gone broke (of course I bought it a little cheaper than in Russia, but still), what if someone wants to buy it.
dopleta
They can not only bake, but you can also cook. But I quickly played enough, the forms have been resting for a long time, like my other silicone tags, braziers and steamers. But when I was looking, I wanted to screech!

Surely someone here used a rug for storing food in the refrigerator. Please share your impressions - a necessary thing or is it better to forget?

I need it. I bought myself after I praised Doplet. Conveniently.
Mirabel
Joy, Ludmila, And show this rug?

So you definitely need Lyudmil, Where did you get it, on Ozone?
Joy
Vika, I saw it on Ozone, so there is nothing clear in the photo, just something green in the bag ...
Mirabel
Joy, Well, if you buy ... will you show us? OK?
In my opinion, I saw them somewhere, too, and somehow didn’t fit.
Joy
I also found it, there is a description and reviews 🔗
Mirabel
Joy, Marin, thanks!
so is it necessary for each shelf on a rug or one is enough?
Joy
Vika, I realized that the rugs should be put in the fridge in boxes with vegetables and fruits so that they do not deteriorate longer.
telez
I have such a rug. I'm glad.

I use it all the time. I like. Vegetables are stored longer and there is no condensation. I have this:

My order was also canceled. The money has not yet been returned, but 7 days have not passed yet. Aliexpress wrote that it is canceling the order because the seller is unreliable. By the way, the number of my parcel was tracked - as if the parcel went to New Zealand, in.

Now I found a new one, though more expensive, but with comments:

Girls, does this rug wash well? Doesn't it lose its antibacterial properties?

Is this rug easy to clean? Doesn't it lose its antibacterial properties?

This rug is made of coarse foam rubber (there are such tough household sponges). The rug works in that, due to the rigidity and many pores, fruits and vegetables do not fit tightly and there are air pores. It washes like foam rubber, there is nothing particularly antibacterial in it. I had such a rug, but I did not use it, because vegetables and fruits in bulk in my fridge drawer do not lie. All the same, everything is prepackaged, and the rug in such a situation will help, then only a little. Only in addition to washing the smooth drawer, washing the porous rug will also be added.

Thank you for your trust, Luda! I have been using it for several years now, I really like it - fruits and vegetables are dry, nothing molds. The rugs are in the fruit drawer and in the vegetable zero. I throw the wash in the dishwasher, and no problem.
Natusichka
Girls, excuse me for not being in the subject ... but where is the recipe for a 5-minute bread?

Dough for flatbread, pizza, khachapuri "in 5 minutes a day"

glykoza, and I, for something, cannot figure out how he then pours ... Continuously, or what? Or is there some kind of metering shutter?

Girls! Somewhere I saw information that something can be put on an induction cooker in order to use cookware unsuitable for induction cookers, such as an adapter. I have a gas stove, so I didn't pay much attention to this, but my son has an induction one. He wanted to buy some kind of coffee maker, but it is not suitable for induction cookers. Or have I messed up something?

I found last year in Kiev, the price was 220 UAH. I'm even afraid to think how much it will cost today.

1450 RUB

Natusichka
Thank you girls, I'll go look. To be honest, it is worth the money.
Mirabel
Natusichka, Tell me, what is it good for this plate? I just have a Samsung micra in such a plate, but it is not involved in any way in production
gala10
Vika, look here a whole topic about crisp plates.
Mirabel
gala10, Thank you so much! I went to study
Natusichka
Galya, Thank you for efficiency!

My dotsya bakes everything in it! Very good! Nothing burns ... this is from the series "dust off with a rag ... that's all"!
Mirabel
And I did not even know about this miracle ... kuritsaaa and did not see Temko here about him.
NatusichkaThanks for bringing this up!
gala10Checkmark, thanks again for the kick in the right direction!

And I didn’t know, it’s a pity that my micra with the grill was broken, now the usual one, but I never used this plate, I even wanted to throw it away, well, now let a new micra wait

Very good baking sheets. I have three of them - large, medium and small. Convenient to wash in PMM. More convenient than serving bowls for cutting meat, fish and vegetables.
julia_bb
Girls, how do I know that this plate is suitable for my microwave? Should this be written in the instructions?
Mirabel
Yulia, Yul, I dare to suggest that they are universal. But I'm not sure ...
Most importantly, there is a combi mode.
dopleta
That's right, Vika! These pallets go to very many microwave models, just in one model they were called crisp (from the English crisp - crisp), so on our forum they decided that this is one and only some kind of unique specific plate.

Girls, and someone used baking dishes Dr. Oetker They look so solid, stainless steel. steel covered with durable enamel, withstands up to 440C. I really want to buy, but I wonder if baked goods stick in them

Start sticking all at once. And now this "enamel" is peeling off. It is removed with a film, like a peel from a potato in a uniform.
After this mold, I have a persistent aversion to coated bakeware.
PS. 440 degrees?

Yeah, that's what it says on the box. And their price is high - I thought the quality of the coating would be good in this case (we sell those that are covered with blue enamel, look so soundly, just like expensive enamel pans).

I have two Tradition kits that I bought about 18 years ago. The beginning to stick in a year. Now I don't use them. In general, I got hooked on Nordic Ware and silicone.

Finally, I bought myself a bowl for washing cereals, in your house in New Riga, and only 99 rubles, there are so many trifles for the kitchen

440 degrees probably meant Fahrenheit
