Beetroot salad with brie cheese

Ingredients

Small beets 1 per person
Brie cheese ½ small heads per person
Pine nuts 1½ st. l. per person
Refueling for 2 servings:
Balsamic vinegar ½ tbsp. l.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Honey ½ tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Dressing salt taste

Cooking method

  • Beetroot salad with brie cheese
  • Bake the beets in a sleeve until tender, cool, peel.
  • Cut into even sized pieces (not into cubes!).

  • Whisk together the ingredients of the dressing, increasing the portion in proportion to the number of eaters, and salt the dressing to taste.

  • Marinate the beets with the dressing in a bowl for at least 10 minutes. Stir occasionally, allowing the pieces to marinate evenly.
