No-Bread Cauliflower Sandwiches

Ingredients

Cauliflower 600 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Parmesan grated 50 g
Starch 1.5 tbsp. l.
Grind greens. handful
Paprika 1 tsp
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Optional filling - cheese, ham, lettuce, etc.

Cooking method

  • Remove the leaves and the coarse part of the cabbage from the cabbage:
