Zucchini for pineapple

Ingredients

zucchini
cherry plum yellow
sugar

Cooking method

  • Wash the zucchini, peel the skin. Cut into rings, half rings or cubes (as you like). Fill the jar 3/4 with zucchini and 1/3 with yellow cherry plum. Pour boiling water over, cover and leave to cool. After the water has cooled down in the jar, drain it and boil again, adding sugar. The syrup is made at the rate of 800 grams of sugar per 1 liter of water. Cherry gives cherry plum. Pour syrup over the contents of the jar, roll up and turn on the lid until it cools. And that's it !!! A very quick and not troublesome recipe.

It turns out very tasty compote and zucchini, just like pineapples. I don’t remember where I got this recipe, but I do it every year, and it’s always not enough! Just worth it in the closet. Highly recommend, they just fly away in winter!
