thanks for the recipe! : rose: I'll try to cook it.

very simple. but very tasty!
Arka
I confirm, very tasty! You can eat it all at once with a whole loaf of freshly baked white "cannon", and then lie down, suffer from gluttony.
I don’t "blender" the eggplants, I just chop randomly with a knife. Of course, decent people can cut decently ...
And I add the rest of the ingredients by eye ... or rather taste
You can also add chopped mint
natapit
Arka, glad you liked! and worthy advice!
Arka
I like it for many years! As I learned to do tkhina, I add it to everything I can, to baba-ganush, hummus! I even got the hang of freezing baked eggplants for storage, then defrosting them, mixing in deliciousness - and on bread
Very tasty, simple and delicious again!
Where are the eggplant lovers ?! Why don't they brag about their baba-ghanush ?!
Maybe they just call them differently?
natapit
!
MariV
Just puree, or caviar, or - it doesn't matter! The main thing is that it's delicious!
natapit
MariVwhatever you call it, everything fits! Thank you so much!

Author, peshi ischo!
natapit
Yes, I already bombarded you with recipes (that's how they wrote to me) thanks!

Natasha is terrible, she threw it so that the number of pages in my bookmarks increased dramatically, but the number of eaters remained the same, and now what to do with it?
You have to rake it up slowly and feed your family and friends with all sorts of goodies
This recipe, as one of the simplest, has already been successfully mastered. On your advice, I made cheese eclairs and stuffed them with this same woman with an oriental name, indescribable deliciousness And eggplants for this business are already frozen for the winter
So Natashik throw your wonderful recipes at us, I hope there will be enough space in the bookmarks and products in the refrigerator
natapit
Natalochka! Thank you so much!

I baked eggplants, peeled and cooked. I have a question - there are a lot of laughter in eggplants. Will they break through with a blender? Or pass through a sieve before adding the rest of the ingredients?

I want to do it today, I will be grateful for your quick advice
SvetaI
Svetik, I did not cook this "woman", mine do not like sesame. But I follow the topic with interest. I can answer about eggplant.
natapit, is it okay that I fit in?
If you have ground eggplants, then the seeds are now ripe, they will not break through with a blender and will interfere in such a delicate dish. In the summer, when the eggplants are very young, you can leave them, although they are not crushed to the end, they still do not irritate.

SvetaI, Brightwing, you have confirmed my assumptions. Means all the same I will pass through grinding. I want tenderness - I don't want seeds on my teeth
natapit
Well, you yourself figured it out without me! Well done!

Baba Ganoush

Very tasty!

Tanya-Fanya
Svetlenki, Wow! What a delicious report! I am sure that now you will repeat it more than once
Svetlenki
Tanya-Fanya, Tan, you have no idea how grateful I am to you for your idea! For three weeks in a row, like a zombie, I bought eggplants, cooked some of them and realized that this was NOT what I want. And then you ... With Baba

Yes, I probably ate half already. Apparently, the body needed this particular combination of products
Tanya-Fanya
Svetlenki, I am very glad and perfectly understand, I share your delight! Babaganush cook almost every Saturday all year round. In the summer Babaganush is made from ground bakliks, and in winter from Israelites. The child loves Babaganush to put mmmmm on challah ... bliss!
SvetaI
Many thanks to the author natapit, Natalia per recipe and Svetlenki, Svetiku for recalling him.
I cooked it too. Tahini did it herself and it turned out to be bitter. I was upset, but decided to add. And - lo and behold! - in the finished dish the bitterness disappeared, only the magical sesame aroma remained.
A bit too much lemon juice for my taste, even though I tried to reduce the acid by adding sugar. Next time I'll use one spoonful of juice.
But in general, I liked it and, although the children expectedly refused, my husband and I have almost sentenced this portion.
Here's a sandwich made with fresh homemade bread:
Baba Ganoush

While I was choosing the background and lighting for the photo, my dog also became interested in the sandwich.
Baba Ganoush
Fortunately, he doesn't eat that - it's too "smelly".

Svetlenki
SvetaI, Svetik, I made up my mind! Well done! Looks straight airy, super! And it is useful something like

So we will write down - do not be afraid of bitter tahini

The dog is cute, the photo is funny. So wondering what he's thinking

By the way, that's all Tanya-Fanya started - she was the first to talk about Baba

It is interesting that Baba Ganush is combined with black Borodino bread just like magic! I was directly surprised - a Middle Eastern dish, they don't bake such bread there, but go ahead ... A universal thing, it turns out

And I ate with thin rye crisps - I so wanted. Yes, a truly universal dish for all tastes
Tanya-Fanya
Girls, I'm very glad that while the bakliks are fresh and cheap.

About the combination with rye - I can't appreciate it. The child cannot eat rye bread.
In the East, judging by the well-studied literature, they eat it as a supplement and spread on all sorts of cakes.
I just want to serve it with pita, Babaganush and meat in this pocket, as a result, a gorgeous snack👍
