fabiani
What a good topic
I'll put in my five cents too
Necessary equipment
Refrigerator (two-door, like a wardrobe, I love it very much)
Stove (we use it infrequently, not only because much is replaced by other equipment, but because it heats up for a long time and the oven bakes unevenly)
Dishwasher (well, there probably is no need to add anything, everyone knows the advantages of a dishwasher)
Multicooker (out of competition)
Harvester Kenwood (I do not use it to the full, because Berner replaces the graters-discs, I use them only when it is necessary to make blanks). But I knead the dough only in it
Submersible blender - extremely rare, just like a regular blender - very rare
Philips Air Fryer - Vesch!
Coffee maker - no comment, because we are coffee lovers!
Microwave - just for warming up, but still, life without it would be harder for us
Mini-oven is a very necessary thing in the household when you need to cook something quickly and in small quantities
Email kettle - no way without it

Not really needed technique
Waffle iron - for 6 years from the force 6-7 times
Sandwich maker is extremely rare, it did not take root with us
Meat grinder - I never used it at all, because I buy ready-made minced meat, but I don't make sausage
A toaster is in our mood, sometimes we can't live without it, and sometimes we even forget that we have it
Mixer - I bought it instead of the old one and used it, it seems like three times, because I mix everything and beat it with a combine (I became lazy)
In general, something like that. With the bread maker it turned out stupid, I had a Philips HD 9040, I made bread just awesome, but some kind of nonsense came over me and I gave it to my friends Now I really regret it, but they don’t take gifts back So now I bake bread in the oven or in a multicooker

fabiani, although not in the subject, but what kind of refrigerator do you have? And then my niche is wide but not high.
yara
What an interesting topic! Indeed, you buy what seems to be a very necessary thing, about which you dreamed so much, and then it turns out that you do not really need it, and only takes up space.
I wonder what you do with such things afterwards?
fugaska
I keep dusting in drawers, but mine! if I'm lucky - I can even get it once every five years
yara
I once read that if you haven't used something for three years, you can safely throw it away. And if I don’t use it, then I donate (impose) on my friends. Maybe it will come in handy for them, because everyone has their own tastes.

Likewise! In fact, ALL equipment and devices are needed to one degree or another! You just use something more often than less often, but you still use it! A deep fryer is the least in demand for me .. But when suddenly french fries, or Kiev cutlets, or whitewash, I’m glad. that I have it!
I also rarely use the airfryer in comparison with other equipment, but right now it dries (paired with a dryer) mushrooms, and I sit and think about what I would do with such a burst of mushrooms if I didn’t also have this assistant!
Lilyanna
What an interesting topic))) reason for inventory. So:

USEFUL
1.KENWOOD harvester includes a dough mixer and a mixer and a meat grinder and shredder graters, and in the future, a dough sheeter and a noodle cutter
2. multicooker PANASONIK
3.BORK s700 coffee maker
4. Glass electric kettle with the ability to heat water at different (set) temperatures.
5.Of course a refrigerator
6.dishwasher (stayed in the old apartment, there is nowhere to connect, I miss her)
7. vacuum cleaner KIRBI. in comparison with this vacuum cleaner all the others do not even want to take in hand. I don't have a kitchen as such, we temporarily live with my husband in a hostel, it's a little dirty in a common kitchen, I cook at my place, but at my place I have a carpet)
8. microwave.
9.REDMOND yogurt maker.

Useless
1. juicer. I make juice very rarely, a couple of glasses for myself and my husband, and then I wash everything for a long time.
2.the mixer is still Soviet, it works with a bang, but Kenwood has 12,000 rpm and a planetary rotation function, so the mixer went to a well-deserved retirement on the mezzanine))
3. blender REDMOND, submersible. initially it was not very convenient, I rarely use it.
4.mini chopper
5.slicer
Lilyanna
here, I forgot to add to the useless, a robot vacuum cleaner. he only worked flawlessly for a year (I really never swept at all then) and then he began to vacuum worse and worse, but he himself is not broken anywhere, it seems to function, crawls, but vacuums badly (((
Rina
Then why is the robot useless if the owner did not sweep during its normal regular work? And if he continued to work normally, would he be in the category of a useful technique?

Any technique, even the most, if it breaks down (stops working normally), becomes useless. Even our super-healthy multicooker and kitchen machines ... even bread makers ...
Lilyanna
it's a shame that he did not break ((if he broke, it would be possible with a clear conscience to send him to the trash heap and so, lies on the mezzanine until better times, it takes up space, and in comparison with Kirby it still loses, but this is not surprising, almost 10 times cheaper) besides, he cannot cope with the carpet, only linoleum and parquet. However, who knows ... maybe when we get a new apartment with my husband, he will still show himself

Useful:
1. Combine - I use almost all functions, the most necessary weight at the moment. You don't need to get it out every time - it's on the table. Beat the whites, make homemade mayonnaise, and knead the dough (a bread machine only in the project, a New Year's gift for yourself, your beloved), a meat grinder, a blender glass, a citrus juicer. However, I hardly use a shredder;
2. Blender - I like puree soups, it is not always convenient to grind in a blender - a glass of a combine, and also beat the little things, for example, eggs for an omelet, do something on the stove during cooking, grind a small amount of something with a chopper. It is lighter than the large bowl of the combine;
3. Microwave - I have a bunch of functions, this is a microwave itself, and grilling, and small baked goods, and baking small dishes. Such a mini oven (there is also a large grill with a spit in the oven);
4. Grater Böner (shredder). She is over 20 years old and still working !!
5. Steamer - at times. It is very inconvenient to wash plastic pallets;
6. Libra - I have them very old, brought back from the GDR.
Unhelpful:
1. Waffle iron - I don't remember when I used it;
2. Slicer - just because getting it out is problematic.

In general, I can say that I use everything that I have in my kitchen. With varying degrees of intensity. Various molds, nozzles, etc., pots, cocotte makers, etc., etc. After reading the forum (I am a recent visitor to it), I caught fire with a dryer and a cartoon (a bread machine is already a settled issue).

Neither in usefulness nor in uselessness I will not take the refrigerator, stove and oven: in my opinion, this is the "heart" of the kitchen, and without them there is nothing to say about the kitchen (the stove and the oven are analogous to the hearth of antiquity, and the refrigerator is the cellar in which " you need to go down and get a ham, if you have nothing, and guests unexpectedly came to you "). By the way, such an anachronism (in the era of ubiquitous Internet) as cookbooks can also be attributed to usefulness.
Homik
Today is a wonderful evening, Friday evening, my 5 men are sitting in the kitchen, their men are talking to beer, the sixth man is talking for almost one month, who has been bought and fed and sleeps, tomorrow I was ordered not to get up until I wake up myself, so I want to go through the forum and talk where I have time
I believe that there is practically no equipment in the kitchen that is not very necessary (I personally have got one toaster in almost a quarter of a century)
I divide it into the technique of daily, periodic use and the technique of the day off.
Daily:
-breadmaker - my smart, hard-working girl, sometimes injects 2 times a day,
- multicooker - ambulance in case of lack of food and the need for its quick appearance,
- slow cooker - just a salvation when in the evening the food is unexpectedly over, and in the morning everyone needs breakfast,
- a food processor (at the moment a bosh that cuts into cubes) - the darling is standing on the table and waiting for something to be quickly shredded on it,
- double boiler - manti, dumplings, vegetables, peeled and cut into salads (I cook only in basins), etc.,
-freezer - where to store all stocks,
- thermopot - the kettle still needs to be poured and boiled, but here 4.5 liters of boiling water is always available, at home the rule is that the last one goes to sleep is the one who fills it,
- microwave - and if you need to heat something.
Intermittent use technique:
- electric meat grinder,
-mixer,
- submersible blender, will soon switch to daily use when we start eating puree (not me, but small),
- dryer - poor in summer, and in winter it is abandoned, well, there are bananas, lemons, pineapple, etc.
- juicers 2 pieces old Soviet which in summer distills buckets of juice from apples, pears, tomatoes, grapes and a small one which will soon turn into daily
Weekend technique:
- dip pancake maker,
-two waffle irons, Soviet for thin waffles and more modern,
- muffin maker,
-old drip coffee maker,
-fryer (but what about french fries, pasties and other sweets),
-rakletnitsa for quiet family gatherings.
Well, we also always need such cute little things for our female heart - pots, various molds, a grill-gas frying pan, cauldrons and cauldrons (hereinafter a list of 85 pages).
On February 23, I promised the peasants to give the brand 6060, but I haven't thought of it yet on March 8 Well, I certainly won't have unnecessary equipment (a toaster that is gathering dust on the mezzanine does not count)

Hmm. I have a MUM series. It seems that there should also be nozzles. As the classics say: "Let's search!"

Look at the topic, they wrote that the cube can be bought additionally for some models, it is suitable, but since I was going to change the combine, I did not really read it

I totally agree. I love my kitchen helpers dearly and communicate constantly: induction hob, oven, Bosch MUM 86, MB combine (2 pcs), waffle irons (2 pcs), HP, slow cooker, egg cooker, bur. Bledner (2 pcs), yoghurt maker, juicer, hand mixer, double boiler, donut making, coffee machine, milk frother, herb brewer, toaster, grills, sandwich maker, electric frying pan, etc. etc. I use each device depending on the dish I am preparing and the volume.

I have another useful technique) the Bork mini stove appeared only a couple of months ago, and I'm already wondering how I used to live without it? the gas stove is forgotten, abandoned, all food is cooked in a slow cooker or stove
Oca
Let me and I note in the topic in a useless technique turned out to be one that I use less often 1 time a week or do not see the need to buy.

I would not write such a categorical list. Everything is individual and depends on the number and age of the eaters.
There was a time the sandwich maker was a very popular device, when the boys grew up and also brought friends, we sold bread for toasts, just the right size, very often they used a deep fryer. I don’t know about the dishwasher. The fact is that many devices come to us from where there are problems with water or its cost. If you surround yourself with technology, you need to think carefully about everything. And when ordering kitchen furniture, you still need to plan where to put what. That is, in spite of the "designers" (no offense to them, I have such a diagnosis) all the same, planning is not for guests and not so much that it is beautiful, but that it is convenient and comfortable.
For example, when I was doing this, I suggested making the shelf oblique. That is, to have a place where you can put something tall, a bottle for example. And the shelves, where possible, removable, and the amount as needed.
I already wrote that I came across the work with manufacturers of household appliances. When I looked at these imperfect gravitational machines, I was surprised until they explained to me that the manufacturers didn't care if it would be convenient to use this device. Especially when there are not many competitors, you can endlessly refine. I believe that the ergonomics of the product (ease of use) is right in the leading place.
After all, it is no secret that many of us, having good household appliances, do not use all of them, since it is crap "to open a suitcase, get a bag out of there, close a suitcase and get wallets out of a bag, etc."
So I urge you not to go on about relamodators and media mass, but to read, study, choose, compare more carefully.
To choose and fall in love and live for a long time next to the device, which performs its function and exists somehow imperceptibly, without straining or puzzling.
There are such.

The dishwasher is a thing! Was my rosy dream. I didn’t wait for it from my husband - I took out a loan and bought it myself. We have no problems with water. There is only one problem - I hate washing dishes. My dishwasher is small - for 6 people. Stands in the desktop.

I think this Soup Cooker is good, only for preparing food for small children, up to about a year old, immediately boiling and whipping - the minimum amount of dishes will be spent on this! So a relief for parents, especially very young ones! And the price is affordable! And if you look, such units are offered by manufacturers of children's equipment, such as "Chicco", but the price is up to 7 thousand rubles.

I'm not a very experienced hostess, but I love technology (alas, I couldn't make friends with the stove, and I don't have an oven at all). Everything is purely IMHO.

So, useful:
- multicooker (in the presence of two pieces, for 2 and 5 liters. I actively use both, small even more often)
- airfryer (ideal for cooking meat dishes and cutlets without meat, especially in the absence of an oven)
- electric grater (baby moulinex, I use it regularly, perfectly rubs carrots and cheese, everything else is a little worse, but also quite worthy)
- marinator (very varied food, especially good for quick marinating meat before cooking in the airfryer)
- toaster (I really like black bread toasts in the morning)
- kitchen scales (I use it all the time)
- Berner grater, cutting deluxe alligator for cubes (easy cleaning, perfect cutting result)
- egg cooker (a very convenient thing for me, since I still can't boil eggs on the stove)
Refrigerator and electric kettle are not discussed

Not very useful:
- food processor (it turned out to be inconvenient for me, gave it, now in search of separate normally working devices)
- steamer (the multicooker is much more functional)
- yogurt maker (tried it once and put it on the shelf)
- deep fryer (donated, do not use, as I try to keep track of food)
- microwave (I had a simple one, rarely used it, gave it to friends)
- 3-in-1 sandwich maker with a waffle iron and grill attachment (very tasty sandwiches are obtained, but not very good for the figure)
- Avent steamer-blender (bought for a baby, did not use it very often)

In the near future I plan to buy a mixer with a blender and a chopper, a separate meat grinder and a stationary blender, possibly a blender soup cooker. It is also possible to purchase a vacuum sealer. I want a dishwasher, but there is nowhere to put it, although portable options are very interesting
Mirabel
They write here that a blender-soup cooker is not an actual thing, for many (including me) But, quite a few, they respect it very much. some drinks are made from almonds, sesame seeds, etc. The whole topic here is devoted to this and the puree soup is cooked right in it.
I can easily do without it, although I studied that topic, but I can make the puree soup with a blender-leg. Therefore, everything is individual.
But the presence of a double boiler is important for me, we love manti.
In general, I love and use almost all of my kitchen techniques. Except for the blender, for that reason. that they bought without thinking very low-powered. We are planning to buy a monster.
And .. also about the dishwasher. Until she's gone, you don't fully understand what kind of miracle it is. Little of. what saves water, how great it saves energy.

Of course, you can do without a blender soup cooker on the farm. But, than personally for me, as a working woman, this device is convenient - speed. The usual soup is cooked for 28 minutes, the puree soup is even less. At the same time, it is quite dietary and the taste does not suffer.
Mirabel
well, you see, someone like that. Some people don't need a deep fryer. but I really need \. sometimes fry potatoes, nuggets, fish in it.
Verka
This is a controversial issue, which equipment is needed in the kitchen and which is not. For example, I bought a deep fryer, at first I cooked something in it every day. Then I realized that the food cooked in it was not very healthy. And for someone it is an indispensable attribute in the kitchen. Who cares more)) Here my husband bought a Boshevsky coffee machine, I scolded him, I thought that I had only spent money in vain. And when I began to use it, I was so addicted ... Now I praise him for such a purchase, because I like to play coffee.

Likewise, coffee cannot be counted among healthy products. If there is only wholesome food and not indulge in "unhealthy", then it will basically just tasteless.
For a long time, the opinion was expressed that everything that is useful is most often tasteless. It will also be a violence against the psyche. And how many products that were previously considered harmful are now useful in limited quantities ...
Products cooked in the same deep fryer absorb a little oil inside, simply because when the product is placed in heated oil, the pores are quickly sealed and the oil penetrates very little, and if you do not overheat the oil, then there will be no harmful secretions.
The animal food is not so terrible as some nutritionists paint it. I make money on books, broadcasts, coupes, etc.about "tasty and healthy food" millions of royalties.

- an egg cooker (for me a very convenient thing, since I still don't know how to cook eggs on the stove)
Once I read in a men's magazine with a grain of irony an article about equipment gathering dust in the kitchen. And the author, with the irony of a connoisseur-expert, cited the egg cooker as the brightest example of non-healthy kitchen utensils. When my chickens run smoothly, the egg cooker takes a firm grip on the kitchen table. Before her, I didn't cook eggs at all.

But you know. This is not the first time I read on the forums that they use the egg cooker and actively.

Make sure that the pressure in the coffee maker is not less than 15 bar, but even better - 19 bar. Do not refuse a cappuccinator if you do not live on your own. It is possible that your loved ones get more pleasure from cappuccino.
