Ingredients

Mango 1/2 small
Cucumber 1 PC. average
Arugula salad pinch
Green onions - chopped 2 tbsp. l.
Fresh parsley - chopped 2 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil, sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Grate mango and cucumber in a salad bowl.

  • Add arugula salad, green onion, parsley, mix, add vegetable oil, a pinch of sugar - mix again.

  • Transfer the salad to portioned salad bowls and serve.

Note

This salad is best served with hot boiled potatoes.
