I think it is good to make cottage cheese on Slowing
Aygul

Yeeeeeeeeeee ??? Truly, live and learn ... but where can you read about it?
Apparently, it's time to learn to insert links. So for now, in a simple way: Recipes - dairy and egg dishes - Guy butter.

I did not find what the temperature is on the heating
Omela
Bakla kes by THIS recipe. For baking 1h40min. There was practically no condensation on the lid.
Then I took it into my head to bake the white side ... As a result of manipulations with turning the hot cake, he sagged:

Summary: you need to bake on one side, increasing the time, I think up to 2 hours, without turning it over. And leave to cool in a saucepan with the lid open.
Gasha
Ksyusha, on the first photo there is a straight bun-bun, I'll eat you !!! Class !!!

Aygul, Guy oil drowned at t-re 85 degrees. So the languor mode is not suitable ...

Climb on this section... There everything is described in detail both about links and about quotes

Flax, what? the instructions do not specify the Preheat temperature?

about 85 degrees ...
probably maybe 80 ...
Aygul
Excerpt from Wikipedia: "Ghee is also made from butter, melting milk fat from butter at a temperature of 75 ° -80 ° and separating it from accompanying impurities. It contains at least 98% fat, but there are practically no biologically active substances."

Probably ... Only now, in the languor mode, t-ra fluctuates 68-72 degrees ...

However, I will not argue, but I will really try when I get the Brand in teeth hands ... Although, I think that the languor mode was hardly invented exclusively for ghee ...

Did not find. Maybe I'm not looking there.

Warm-up mode - 100C (default 30 minutes). See instructions on page 11.

Heating up and heating up are two different things.
There is a Warm-up button - there is 100 degrees. This is for heating ready-made, but cooled food.
And the heating is in the same place as the Cancel. It turns on either immediately after the end of the mode, or it can be forced. I think the temperature is lower there.

It's just that Brand's bread maker will have such a mode, separately highlighted. And in a cartoon, maybe not only for ghee, but for what else? The search continues ...
Gasha
And if the tester is meticulous, is it perceived as positive or negative? I mean, can you ask questions? It is desirable for me in numbers ... They will say - ten a day, well, okay ... I'll ask the eleventh tomorrow morning

Ksyusha, how is it inside? Is it baked?
I checked it with a match before turning it over - it was dry. And when it flattened, it seemed to stick together in some places. But it didn't affect the taste!

Good day.
I probably forgot to mention it in the instructions. I will write here.
The temperature on the "Heating" function is 72-77 degrees.
Gasha
Elena Br, good day! Tell us about the languor mode ... How to use it? What is the difference between it and the Heating function?
Omela
I made porridge for one portion on the "Milk porridge" mode 1 \ 2st. oatmeal + 1 tbsp. water + 1 tbsp. milk. All OK!

Elena Br, good day! Tell us about the languor mode ... How to use it? What is the difference between it and the Heating function?

The maximum operating time of the "Heating" function is 6 hours. This function is automatic, i.e. we cannot set the heating time to less than 6 hours.
It was assumed that the Simmer mode will be similar to the Warm function, but with the ability to set the operating time.
Now we have come to the conclusion that the Simmering mode is in little demand and decided to replace it with a mode with manual temperature and cooking time settings.
The temperature in the Simmering and Heating modes is practically the same, 70 and 75 degrees, respectively.

Gash, yes, an 8 hour timer. But the inner cover is dirty. It turns out that it was boiling so much ???
MariV
And I just fried the wings - marinated, as usual, a little oil on the bottom, wings on top, anointed with sour cream, then sprinkled with sesame seeds and rosemary. The "baking" program, 40 minutes, after 20 minutes from the beginning of execution, turned over and fried.
Why turned it over - they were well fried at the bottom, and pale on the top.
Tasty!
All the same, the letters on the display are very small ...
Gasha
Gopher, at whom are you poking your chick?

Ol, did you fry with the lid open?

Ksyusha, Ol, has the smell gone?

Yes, this remark has already been taken into account. Changes will be made in new installments.
Hooray!
And do not remove the drip tray, please - you need it!
Suslya
And, I also wanted to say that I looked at the 501 model and in its design I really like that the display is in the horizontal plane, and our Brandik needs to bow to look "in the eyes", so to speak,

Ol, did you fry with the lid open?

Ksyusha, Ol, has the smell gone?
When I turned it on, at first a small smell still remained, then it disappeared - it burns out slowly. Fried with the lid closed; I was glad again - neither you burn in the kitchen, nor a stained stove.
About the smell - this summer I bought an electric gas stove, HANSA, assembled in Poland. Everything is fine, but I could not fully use the oven for more than a month - such a dukhman was walking! I thought everything - I'm on fire! Nothing, burned, now - great!
Oh, and who will answer - due to my natural laziness, I don't want to go into a book - and "additional settings" are something?
Joy
Yesterday I cooked meatball soup almost according to the recipe Luysia - miner's soup. It turned out great. And milk rice porridge - 1m. Art. rice + 2m. Art. water + 3m. Art. 1 hour milk on "milk porridge" - nothing tried to escape and the porridge, standing in the switched off MV for 30 minutes, turned out to be hot and well cooked - not soup and not a thick mush.
The day before yesterday, after 20 minutes of steaming with lemon, I baked cabbage charlotte. After 1 hour on the "baking", she not only baked, but also had time to pretty black ... and the charlotte herself did not want to leave the saucepan - I had to take it out with a silicone spatula ...
Still worried about the smell - does not want to leave. It was especially felt on "baked goods" and on "milk porridge".

This is when on the "cereal" you choose which mode - express or ... And on "yogurt" - with boiling or not.

Mistletoe, Ksyusha, did you cook porridge in pure milk, without adding water?

Curd.

Curd (recipe)
loose cottage cheese 1 kg. (rub through a sieve). I just wrinkle with a fork.I like the curd lumps.
2 eggs
150 g Sahara
vanilla sugar
80 gr. odorless vegetable oil
150 g pour semolina in a glass with boiling water and stir (not much boiling water is needed, just to stir the semolina.it should turn out to be a thick lump)
0.5 tsp baking powder
raisins
Mix everything and put in a greased multicooker saucepan. Baking 1 h 20 min Let stand for a while under the lid.
Cool and let stand in the refrigerator (I usually put it overnight)
The curd is dense, very curd. Delicious with sour cream or yogurt.
My grandson loves him very much, calls him a cake, although it is difficult to make him eat just cottage cheese.

Joy Can I answer for Melka: I cook either in pure milk, or in 2/3 of milk

I do not close the lid in between, then the smell goes away quickly!

Elena Bo curd!
Omela
The baked goods smelled awful. The porridge was cooked alone in the kitchen, so I didn't feel the smell .. NAV went sniffing it all .. barely noticeable smell from the rubber bands in the lid ..

I cooked porridge 1 \ 2m. Art. oatmeal + 1m. Art. water + 1m. Art. milk. I always cook like that.

Mashun, I asked in order to understand why Ksyusha's porridge tried to emigrate.
I also keep the MV open all the time, and in "free flight" the smell is felt only if you stick your nose into the MV. He, the smell, gets it precisely during the work of the MV.
Joy
Ksyusha, it seems that only you cooked oatmeal porridge in this MV. I'll try now too. For the purity of the experiment, so to speak.

Gasha. Will wait
SVP, and here I am very jealous of those who have Brand 37501. And you won't believe why. They have a double boiler insert, and they can buy a mounted one from you. How can we buy this insert?

When I bought my Brandyk, I also asked about this steamer, they told me that you can additionally buy only the upper one, that is, the one that is already equipped with the 502 model.

Lucky.
I don’t know where. There the girls make puddings for a couple ... A brisket in the sleeve for a couple is possible (it will be very juicy). Can be used as a second shelf together with a hinged steamer. Yes, a lot of things you can think of.

Elena Bo
She is not better, she is different. Placed on the bottom. You can put something large-sized on it, which does not fit into the hinged one in height.

At the end of next week, on the 7-9, the steamer stands will arrive at the warehouse and you can buy the same steamer as in the 37501 model.

and here is a question from a neighboring state ... are brandiks planned for us somehow?
Joy
Ksyusha, I cooked oatmeal porridge, completely repeating your manipulations - the same oatmeal, the same volume and composition as yours, only without delay, and I did not ask about sugar - I did not add sugar. The result in the photo is that the porridge did not try to escape.

I didn't cook oatmeal, but I never tried to escape the rest of the milk porridge. True, I cooked them without delay.but I do not think that this can somehow affect (although who knows). I’m thinking, maybe what’s with milk?

Masha cooked with a delay not Herculean, she also did not run away. Could it really be the milk? Or in temperature ...
