Ingredients

Wheat baking flour 370 g
Semolina 30 g
Brewed coffee 175 ml
Cottage cheese 100 g
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Draining. oil 1 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC
Salt 1 tsp
Raisins 60 g
Wheat leaven 200 g

Cooking method

  • Pre-brewed coffee: 175 ml of water - 1 tsp. with a large slide of ground coffee.
  • I load the ingredients into the bucket, turn on the Dough mode. When it's over, I leave it for another hour or two so that the dough rises (due to the winter cold in the kitchen, the program does not always have time). I turn on the Baking mode for 1 hour.
