Ingredients

Fresh beets 3 pcs. middle
Red onion 1 PC. average
Refueling:
Aromatic vinegar 1-2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Brown sugar 1-1.5 tsp
Sprinkling:
Chopped parsley 2 tbsp. l.
Green onion taste
Garlic 2 teeth
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil fresh beets in their uniforms, peel the still hot beets, cut into slices, it will be beautiful if you cut the beets with a curly knife.
  • Make a refueling.
  • Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, stir with a whisk, fork until smooth, dissolving sugar.
  • Chop parsley, green onion. finely chop the garlic. cut the red onion into thin strips, half rings.
  • Transfer the beets to a salad bowl, pour over the dressing, sprinkle with red onions, garlic, stir and, if necessary, sprinkle with salt.
  • Sprinkle the salad with green onions on top.
