Pancakes with meat baked

Ingredients

Dough:
Old kefir 500-600 ml
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt about 1 tsp.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Flour - how much dough will take for pancakes about 350-400 g
Solder:
Boiled ground meat 1 glass
Bulb onions 1 head
Garlic 1 clove
Fresh greens 1 tbsp. l.
Spice 1 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying meat and pancakes
I used boiled chicken giblets
(hearts and ventricles)

Cooking method

  • Preheat the pan, pour 1 tbsp. l. butter, put crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, simmer until semi-cooked. Then discard the garlic.

  • Add ground meat, salt, spices and heat, fry the meat with onions and spices. Add greens, mix and transfer to a bowl.

  • We make the dough with kefir, it should be plastic, not quite thick.

  • Preheat a frying pan with oil. Put the dough into the pan with a spoon, put the minced meat in the center of the dough with a slide, and fill it with a small portion of the dough so that it flows from the center and envelops the meat. Smooth out neatly.

  • When the pancakes are browned on one side, gently turn them over to the other side with a spatula and bring them to readiness.
