Charlotte with apples

Ingredients

Wheat flour with baking powder 1.5 tbsp.
Sugar 150 ml
Egg 3 pcs.
Plain non-fruit yogurt 1 jar
Medium apples 5 pieces.
Cinnamon

Cooking method

  • Wash the apples, peel and chop finely. Mix with cinnamon.
  • Beat the eggs and sugar, as for a biscuit. Add yogurt to this. Switch off the mixer and stir in the flour. Then pour the dough over the apples and mix. Put everything in a greased drain. butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Time for preparing:

about 30 minutes, or until done (check with a match or skewer)

Bake immediately in a preheated oven at 180C

I just made a Tsyganka charlotte in a slow cooker. The charlotte rose very well, everything was baked, instead of yogurt, she poured in 100g of immunelle peach (the expiration date expired yesterday and had to be attached). I didn't really like the taste, but it's my own fault. A lot of cinnamon spilled into the apples, thereby hammering the taste of the apples themselves. Next time I'll try it without cinnamon.
