If the second option is correct, then please make changes in the first message. Since many (including myself) begin to mix in exactly the same sequence as indicated in the first message

I was mistaken in option 2, where I wrote twice about margarine, and for some reason I can't fix it already in the text. right in the first post, sorry

means right like this:
yeast first, then flour, etc.
right?

that's how I downloaded it. Let's see what happens

I do not know how it will be exactly correct, since for each HP model in the manual, its own bookmark order is written .. and I do the bookmark order constantly, as in 1 post. because in my instructions for HP-there is such an order of bookmarking ingredients. That second version of the bookmark, I wrote for those who have such an order of bookmarking ingredients-liquid, etc. in the instructions for the HP, and at the end flour and expensive. And what is the order of the bookmark in your instructions for the HP?

Svetl @ nka looking at your cake you cannot say that it is mixed with 1000gr.

In general, I did everything one to one according to your recipe. I put in the Sweet bread mode (time 2:53) weight 1000g, crust - Medium.
After all the mixes during baking, I looked through the window and got scared. The dough propped up the window

Kulich in a bread maker without hassle

My first thought - maybe the dose is big in the recipe? The second - will it bake?

When the time was up, the middle of the cake was white. I had to bake another 30 minutes. That is, the time 2:53 was not enough for such a cake.

After the expiration of 30 minutes. He took it out of the stove. But I haven't cut it and tried it yet. I'll write about the taste later.

Svetl @ nka thanks for the recipe. I hope it is baked inside and will be insanely delicious

Thanks for the great recipe!
Kneading in KhP and doing one proofing there, and putting it in a slow cooker for one more proofing, and baking in it. It came out just a huge-e-enny cake! : swoon: I supported the lid so that if it hadn't been for the latch, I would have opened it! Height 12 cm! It's a pity, I can't take a picture. I hope it will impress you!

Is it possible to somehow alter the recipe for a weight of 750 grams?
And then many of the dough pushes the lid

HAPPY EASTER HOLIDAY!

Kulich in a bread maker without hassle

Yesterday I baked it in my LG 2001 stove. It turned out great !!! If anyone comes in handy, then I described the process below!

baked on pressed yeast (23 grams), took milk not baked (he was not at home), sah. I poured about 110 grams of sand, instead of margarine, there was butter (a little melted, I put it on the kettle for a short time), added 0.5 tsp of salt.
in my stove there is a program "Russian cook" and it is recommended to bake "Easter cake" on it, the recipe for which is attached in the book. however, once baked on him, and he told me, no. (program "Russian chef" - 3h30min, there are 2 kneading, 2 moldings and 3 lifts. There is no preheating.)
in the book, in the recipe, there are two bookmarks of products, and I decided to do the same.
so I split this recipe into two tabs:
1 product tab: 2 tab (after the beep):
milk - 125 ml
yeast - 23 g
eggs - 2 pcs salt - 0.5 tsp
sugar - 55 g sugar - 55 g
sl. butter - 125 g vanilla. sugar - 1 sachet
psh. flour - 300 g flour - 150 g
raisins - 0.5 tbsp.

dissolved yeast and a little sugar from 1 bookmark in warmed milk, waited for the yeast to react and poured it into a bucket.
in the bun (if I may say so) I added about a tablespoon without a hill of flour.
I drained the soaked raisins, dried them with a paper towel, and rolled them in flour. so it spreads better in the dough and does not settle. added after the signal.

it turned out a wonderful cake !!! Easter cake in all the bucket of hp, but did not get out! ruddy and fluffy! convex roof, in place! airy crumb, not dry!
even a little as if exfoliating! we really liked it !!!
thanks to Svetlanka for a good, simple and delicious cake recipe !!!
and thanks to all of you girls for small additions and tips! otherwise the cake would not be sweet (for us)!
I will definitely still bake !!! even in the book I adjusted the recipe for Easter cake, so that next time it would be at hand!
I have it with milk, son with tea !!! so that there is nothing to photograph!

Svetl @ nka thanks for the recipe. Today we finally tried it - the taste is awesome!

hello!
but I tried to bake such a cake, the first time, it did not work, the second time, slightly changing the recipe (from what remained during the test), and it did not work either, it rose a little but was not baked ...
I have HP BORK500, I have it for less than a week ... I baked bread twice, delicious, but the cake just doesn't work ... I'm already throwing out the 4th ... and I really want to eat my own cakes)) or at least a bun, Well, at least something sweet, tell me, maybe my HP is wrong and she is not able to bake cakes?
Winnie the Pooh
I read the topic, I almost salivated. I'll try to bake it. In my HP there is a mode "bread with raisins" the recipe is very similar.

Thanks for the recipe, I'm baking it for the second year. The dough was kneaded in a bread maker on the pizza mode, then it was put into proofing immediately in the form. baked on convection at 160 degrees, everything worked out great. I want to thank everyone for the recipes and my secrets.

Thanks for the recipe. The first time this baked, and even on the usual trembling .. Everything went super, the stove I have the most unpretentious, bake in the bathroom: crazy: (children are small) steadily climbs with might and main, Mr. misunderstanding.
Yesterday for 10min. I opened the stove lid to the end and pinched the roll.
I did everything according to the recipe and added an apple.

Thanks for the recipe. What do you think if you add chocolate to the dough, then when to add it? on Panasonic 2501 in the dispenser or directly into the dough?

Yesterday we tried to bake this cake. So to speak, on trial before Easter (we do not like surprises)
Reduced ingredients by 1/4, since in my C / P (scarlett-400) only up to 750 grams of loaf. But still the dough rose sooooo good ... floated out of the bucket and stuck to the roof. Apparently, we still need to reduce it.
And the cake turned out well, very tasty. I put the recipe in a bookmark, we will bake it for Easter.
And it doesn't matter that it is square and not round. As my mom said, the main thing is not the form, but the content

Lenusya,
Probably yeast needs to be reduced?
Lenusya
Probably ... I’m still the baker. I have a stove for only a month and a half.
Let's try with a lower dose of yeast

Thank you for the Easter cake - their Catholic husband is their Easter today. Very gentle, but asked for more sugar

I also tried the recipe, at the same time the bread maker for the third time ... the aroma is awesome))) the roof was blown off by the smell of all the household ... and the Easter cake too Thanks!
Only I still did not understand how to insert a photo (((

I read the recipe and immediately wanted to do it. Everything is already in HP. Only raisins were replaced by walnuts.

Hello! As soon as they bought a bread maker, of course, they began to test it right there, and they could not do without a cake before Easter. Your recipe was very impressive with the name and reviews. Stopped on it - and did not regret it! Although not without trial-error.
HP - Panasonic 2511. The first time I put sugar in 130 grams (I was tempted by a review in which they wrote that they added 120-150 grams), because my husband likes it later. I set the size L, light crust, mode - basic with raisins. While it was interfering, I spied on the kolobok, it seemed a little thin, but decided not to interfere. At the end, I open it - I am so underdone! I quickly put it in a hot oven right in a bucket, this saved the cake a little, at least it became edible)) It can be seen that the dough is potentially tasty, but it just didn't rise well and baked.
The second time I made adjustments: I reported 25 grams of flour, sugar - 90 grams, as in the recipe. Baking size - XL. The cake rose almost twice as well, it was baked well, in general, beauty and deliciousness!
So what a recipe - only thanks !!!

But if initially I was looking for a recipe specifically so that I could bake it without hassle in the HP (put it out, pulled it out), now it was hot for me to test it in the forms))) And there is absolutely no experience! In the subject I saw that someone in HP was kneading and racking, again chewing - and in forms. And there is another option to knead - and immediately into the forms for proofing. Could you advise how best to do with this test? And at what temperature to bake in the oven? And at least roughly how long can baking take? (I’ll keep a glance, but the oven is without a light bulb, I wouldn’t start blowing cold air ahead of time)))
I would be very grateful for your advice !!!

Christ is Risen!
Thanks for the recipe.Even in her killed HP I made 2 Easter cakes! One is clearly according to the recipe, and in the second I put just 150 sugar. The first rose higher, but inside it is a little dry and tastes like a store-bought one. And the second one is lower, but almost like a "manual" Easter cake. Very tasty, next year I will buy HP with a round bucket, in general it will be lovely.
Once again I express my gratitude for the recipe)))

Thanks for the recipe. Very tasty and not at all confusing. Burned on a delayed start at night everything worked out. A big plus is that on the third day it did not dry out at all, but became even tastier. So THANK YOU again !!!

Excellent Easter cake! made according to the recipe, with orange zest, raisins and dried dogwood, with the addition of cloves, nutmeg and ground ginger. it is very tasty, and on the second or third day it is even better than immediately))

Well, I tried this recipe yesterday in Scarlet's hp. And the Easter cakes (according to different recipes) were baked for the first time yesterday. I used to buy it for some reason, although I bake different things, everything else. I made 300 grams of flour, it turned out not high, well baked, more rich than others, in which there is less oil in the recipe. Its weight is 643 grams. I sit, overeat, delicious. Thanks to the author Svetlanka for an interesting recipe. Kulich in a bread maker without hassle Happy Easter everyone!

Thank you Svetlanka for a wonderful cake recipe! I have a Midea EHS10AH bread maker just recently, and I decided to try it out how it will cope with Easter cake. I added 1.5 tbsp to the dough. l. cognac, a bit of salt, 23g. pressed yeast, butter, and 2 tablespoons of flour, since the bun did not work, well, it is not critical with flour, it is different in stickiness. The main fact is on the face !!!
What a handsome man he turned out! Tall!!! Soft!!! I think it tastes great too !!!

Thanks for the recipe !!

Cheers cheers! I managed. the dough was made in x. LG151 (I have it not modern, small in volume, but bakes bread and makes dough well). baked in a desktop oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. It turned out 1 big cake and 6 small ones. Everything is baked, and it tastes just a song. THANKS for a recipe that is easy to prepare and great in taste. I practically never have any muffins or Easter cakes, but here it’s just a miracle, on the eve of the holiday. THANK YOU

Since 2012 I have been baking and the quality is always pleasing! I add grated apple and dried fruits seen in cognac or rum to the dough. Thanks for the recipe!

I baked a cake from 350 g of flour (in a Scarlett-400 bread maker). The calculation for this amount of flour was taken from the previous page from lisa567(for which thanks to her), and everything worked out the first time. Here it is, fresh from the bread machine, cooling down. That is delicious I have no doubt. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
