As expected, zucchini was nowhere to be found on sale. I was very tired, but I scattered everything I could, and at a small market I bought three small, ugly zucchini, and dragged them home, forgetting to buy dill for joy.

It turned out 6 not thick pancakes, and even the first one did not stick, did not come in a lump. Perfectly fried! And so quickly that I was glad that I had prepared the cheese, tomato and mayonnaise in advance.

Since the cakes, I should have read about 4, and I got 6, then all the lower cakes were generously greased and sprinkled, and on the top two I had to divide the filling like brothers. And the hot mayonnaise has soaked in, so the cake is not very pretty on top, but very kind on the inside. And I, personally, am glad that there is no need to fry zucchini in circles. I estimate how much I would fry and soak from the oil circles, which would be obtained from three zucchini.

I will cook this cake regularly! Delicious !

On August 12, I froze a piece of the finished cake, just removed the top tomatoes (left a layer inside). A friend came yesterday and we ate a cake thawed at room temperature. Just super! The cake did not drip, only a few drops of liquid were at the bottom of the box. The tomatoes inside the cake did great. In general, it looks like a freshly prepared dish.

Now I will bake a double portion of the cakes and eat half, and I will freeze the other half.

And I made a squash roll from this dough. I cooked everything according to the recipe, poured the base of the roll onto a baking sheet with oiled paper, baked until tender for 15 minutes, anointed with the filling, rolled the roll up and held it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, while easily turning it over to the other side once.
