Cooking method

  • 1. Soak mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain, retaining liquid. Set aside about 10 beautiful mushrooms for sprinkling. Pour the retained liquid into a measuring cup and add cold water to the 325 ml mark, if necessary.
  • 2. Place all ingredients in the bread pan in the order shown on the instructions for your bread machine, adding mushrooms after flour.
  • 3. Place the dish in the bread maker and start the basic baking program.
  • 4. Sprinkle the preserved mushrooms on top of the loaf before baking.
  • 5. After baking, remove from the mold and let cool.
  • -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • The bread is specific. I would change something in the recipe. I would take more salt and less garlic. And most likely it is better through a crusher, and not cut.
  • I had a 50 g pack of mushrooms. , so I didn't decrease it. The gingerbread man must be precisely controlled, since soaked mushrooms absorb water in different ways.

Can be dried, but not Knorr, my bread did not rise with him, what is put there?
And I already wrote off a huge thank you for the recipe, yeast is exactly 1 tsp for 525 grams of flour, is it enough?

the photo shows that there is enough. The bread is very porous. The only thing I will repeat is that you definitely need control over the bun. In the process of kneading, liquid seems to be released from the mushrooms and therefore you have to monitor the amount of flour and add some more. Mushrooms are greatly crushed during the kneading process. I have not previously cut it additionally. The mushrooms were crushed during kneading. Not really, of course, but it turned out like .. like fried onions cut into half rings (some are smaller), ..

Thanks for the recipe, I'll try to make it. But what if the soaked mushrooms are dried with a napkin so that water does not flow out of them?

Hello!
Tell me, can you use fresh or frozen mushrooms instead of dried ones?
And what is fine sugar?
Korata
Vikasha, it's not about the external water, but about the one that the mushrooms have absorbed. You can't dry it with a towel.
bhbyf maybe you can)))) I don't know. have not tried. If you decide on an experiment - write about the result of pzhalst)))) And sugar is ordinary sand.

Very tasty bread turned out! Thanks a lot for the recipe. I put 2 tablespoons of salt, 3 cloves of garlic, replaced the butter with olive oil. the rest - according to the original recipe for flour, in the process, added 2 spoons, no more.
Despite the remark of her seven-year-old daughter ("fu, how they smell!" - soaked mushrooms), even she liked it!

I once added fresh mushrooms to bread. I didn't like it, it came out very harsh though. if you add white, maybe it will be fine.

This bread is incomparable. The aroma of mushrooms is strongly felt. Mushrooms were added dried homemade.Garlic, I agree, you can put less. It was a great discovery for me that 1 liter. yeast will be able to raise as much flour as even raised!

I tried it with fresh mushrooms and didn't really like it! Although the bread itself came out beautiful! But she treated her neighbors, they were delighted. It's not for nothing that they say: they don't argue about tastes ...

Baked ... even on exactly the same mushrooms. came up very swiftly and strongly ... but then lowered it a little, but still remained gigantic until I cut it ... in the morning I will write off about the taste ... the smell is really specific. I don't really like garlic, so I put it a little less. handsome

Unfortunately the taste was very disappointing. Although I love mushrooms in all forms, I didn't eat this bread. and would not advise anyone.
The taste and smell of the bread is unpleasant to me ... very specific. seemingly beautiful and tall at the top she posted a photo. for me, it would be better if I cooked soup from these mushrooms and ate it with less revolutionary bread.

By itself, it may not be very good, but if with soup and butter - yum yum.
Dare in one day.

Shl. It turned out not tall and a little donkey. But I sin on my yeast.

Why not top up and then drain instead of draining the water right away? Then it will be pretty accurate with the proportion of water, it seems to me.

Bread with mushrooms turns out very well if dry mushrooms are preliminarily ground in a mill.

After my mother-in-law's birthday, I have some canned mushrooms left. And it was already late in the evening, and in the morning she and the children were leaving for an excursion. And only pure white bread remained in the house. I have a big problem with this. Mine, though shoot them, will not eat wheat without additives, and I had to prepare sandwiches with me. So I "killed two birds with one stone." I used the mushrooms, and the bread for the kids' sandwiches turned out to be glorious.
Water - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 3 cups (I recently replaced one cup with bran)
sugar-2 tbsp. spoons
salt-1 teaspoon
powdered milk-2 table. spoons
butter (I often replace with any vegetable oil) -2st. spoons
canned mushrooms, chopped - 0.5 cups
Yeast-2 teaspoons
FAST mode, I do with a dark crust, but it is possible with light and medium, as you like.
The taste is unusual, rises very well.

It seems to me that garlic gives a specific smell ... And it does not go well with mushrooms either. It is better to take a small onion and fry in butter until golden. That way it will be tastier :-)

Chop the onion, of course ...
