Ingredients

Dough
Zucchini 500g
Flour 100g
Egg 2 pcs
Salt 0.5h l.
Garlic 2 tooth
Filling
Adyghe cheese 200g
Sour cream 5st. l.
Parsley 1 bundle
Garlic 1-2 teeth.
Mustard 1h l.
Salt pepper 0.5 hours each l.
Tomatoes 2-3pcs

Cooking method

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, crushed garlic or garlic paste. Mix.
Fry in a little vegetable oil in the form of pancakes.
For the filling, grate the cheese on a fine grater, add a handful of parsley, sour cream, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
You can even make a cake from warm pancakes. Spread the cheese filling on the pancake, spread the tomato slices on top. Cover with the next pancake and assemble the whole cake in the same order. Decorate as desired.
