- sugar 1.5 cups = 270 gr (1 cup = 180 gr)
- honey 4.5 tbsp. spoons = 135 gr (1 tbsp.spoon = 30 gr)
- soda 0.75 tsp
- baking powder 1.5 tsp
- flour 3 cups = 360 gr (1 cup = 120 gr)

Mix flour (sift) with baking soda and baking powder and set aside
Beat the eggs with a mixer with sugar, as for a biscuit, that is, in a very strong foam. Without stopping whisking, add gradually melted (not hot, just liquid) honey. Now mix the flour with the egg-honey mixture and quickly knead the dough. The dough is liquid like pancakes.
Pour into the multicooker bowl and in the Baking mode for 50 minutes (do not open the lid during baking, otherwise the biscuit will settle)
We take out the biscuit, cut into cakes, coat with any cream and decorate at our discretion.
