More than half of the filling remained (I made a full portion of the dough, as in the recipe; I put in a little filling so that nothing would leak out, though it came out almost everywhere anyway). How did you manage to squeeze so much filling into so much dough? and you haven't got anything anywhere ... Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Here I am with the report on "Yamchiki"! The recipe is just super! I am not very friendly with yeast baked goods, but these have gone right. And also a small incident: I was so eager not to deviate from the recipe that already in the process of cutting the pies it suddenly dawned on me - and I forgot to drive in an egg !!! It became already hot. I ran to the computer, no - it is not in the recipe.
Filling: boiled meat, rolled through a meat grinder with the addition of boiled eggs and spinach. My husband does not eat onions, in principle, I had to compromise.

I got 2 baking sheets of pies (33 and 31 pieces), in addition 4 pies in a small frying pan.
