Cooking method

  • I had 500 grams of chicken legs. Naturally, I removed the bones and ate the skin.

  • Cut the meat and eggs any way. Dice the onion and fry in vegetable oil (do not spare the oil!) Add creamy until bright golden color. Add finely grated carrots. Put out, stirring occasionally. Add the apple, cut into thin strips, simmer until soft. Add frying to meat and eggs, season with salt, pepper, curry powder. Beat everything together with a blender or skip 2-3 times through a meat grinder.
