Ingredients

Natural yoghurt 500 g
sugar 200 g
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
melted butter 125 g
semolina 500 g
baking powder 1 sachet
soda 0.5 h / l
For syrup:
juice of one lemon
water 125 ml
sugar 125 g

Cooking method

  • Combine all dry ingredients, add yoghurt and melted butter. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet, in a layer of 1 cm. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Take out and soak in syrup.

Note

I replaced part of the yogurt with kefir. Delicious and delicate cuisine. Did half the portion. Ate it before it had time to cool
