How fast! In micro, I have never cooked manna, and the child loves them, I have to try ... something all day today about manna talk, probably a sign
Story
:) On my own I will add a little change: I add vanilla, and I put soda - 1/3 tsp. But my acquaintance has become pretentious - she says: "I want with Korochka." So with a crust - it's in the oven and it takes about 30 minutes to bake;) Bon appetit!

I made a bookmark so as not to lose the ecept (to moderators-merci), put it in the queue. As soon as baked, I will definitely report back.
Sometimes I like to quickly figure something out!
Gypsy
Do you really need soda? kefir is not enough?
Story
I do everything according to the recipe, well, I just put a little less soda. fluffy and crumbly turns out. like a cupcake or something
Cubic
I usually put baking powder in the manna (which is in the oven, or in my saucepan).
Gypsy
but try without it unless, of course, besides semolina, there is something else: fruits, vegetables, dried fruits.

That would be a photo ...

Turkish pie (manna)
Inspired by recipes from the Internet. The rate is small, for a small pie. A very simple recipe.
Manna
Dry mix:
75 ml white flour
50 ml coconut flakes
100 ml semolina,
1 tsp without baking powder.
Sift flour and baking powder and mix everything. To dye the dough yellow, I often use turmeric, sift about half a teaspoon and mix it with flour.

Liquid Ingredients:
1 egg,
100 ml of orange juice, 50 ml of water,
50 ml of vegetable oil (I have refined sunflower oil).

And also: 50 (75) ml of sugar for dough
and 30 (50) ml of sugar for syrup.
In brackets, the proportions of the original recipe, in Turkey they like sweet. I reduce the amount of sugar, it is sweet enough for me.

Prepare baking dish immediately. I have a small glass saucepan. I grease it with vegetable oil, cover the bottom with a parchment circle, also oiled. The cake is difficult to remove without paper.

Mix the juice with water and divide into two parts. Half for dough, half for syrup. I do not take the juice squeezed from an orange, but the so-called. fresh, in bottles, from super. But it is very vigorous, too harsh for my taste, so I dilute it with water. And you can, of course, not dilute.
Grind the egg with a whisk with 50 ml of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved, it is not necessary to beat. Add juice and vegetable oil.

Pour in the dry mixture gradually and mix.I try not to sausage for a long time, so that the gas bubbles do not escape. Put the dough in a mold and leave for the semolina to swell for 20 minutes.
Bake 4 minutes at maximum power (I have 900W), in open form. I keep it in the oven for at least 10 minutes.
Take out and cool the cake so that you can take it out of the mold and remove the paper. Return to shape and cut into cubes.

Prepare the syrup: boil the second half of the juice with 30 ml of sugar, stirring so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the cake evenly with a spoon, cover the pan with a lid and leave to soak. The liquid is subsequently not separated, it is absorbed completely.
When it's completely cool, I spread it on top with homemade orange-carrot jam, once cooked according to recipes on the Internet.

Immediately after baking, the cake is tight and dryish; it does not rise much during baking. And once soaked, it becomes very juicy, crumbly! Taste the next day.
I also did a double rate, in a glass square form (pictured). Baked for 7.5 minutes, baked evenly, the surface is even, without bumps. It turned out delicious and beautiful, it looked like the pictures of the original recipes for the oven!
kava
Story, thanks for the quick and delicious recipe. Especially for express cooking. (y) Baked in a silicone mold - flew out with a bang! I think small muffin tins should work well too.

Story
kava , well done !!! This is exactly what I get. Thanks for the photo !!!
kava
Story, your manna recipe is just fabulous! I never cease to amaze my friends and family with the simplicity and lightning-fast performance of this dessert. I added vanilla sugar and dried apricots (or raisins). Thanks again!

OKa
Fairy tale, I'm again with my stupid question - can I bake without convection? And then I already poured semolina, set it to swell, and suddenly realized that I could "screw up" this thing
OKa
Oh, I have already read it (I returned to the first page and saw - no additional modes). Excuse me.
OKa
Yes, it’s delicious, just less sugar. Thank you.
Caprice
Sorry, that without a photo. Very tasty manna turned out. True, I made it with some additions: I replaced soda with baking powder, added vanilla sugar and lemon zest from half a lemon. Ready, still hot manna, according to the principle of Turkish pies, was poured right in the mold with sugar-honey syrup with the addition of the juice of half a lemon and allowed to soak until it cools. It turned out to be something incredibly tasty.
Story
kava, OKa, Caprice ! It's good that you like this "speedy" recipe. I found it about exactly a year ago and it was my first baking in a conventional microwave. Joy was aoooo ... especially on hot summer days !!! I also slightly corrected it for myself: less soda and sugar and + vanilla (it tastes better for me).
kava (I am not "you", I am "you"), how good it is that more and more new photos of mannik appear!
OKa , did you succeed? Have you eaten? And be sure to ask questions. My microwave for 5 years only warmed and defrosted, and then matured (me or a microwave?) And began to bake manniks, biscuits! My household rejoice with me!
Caprice, I read. Indeed, it turned out something incredibly tasty !!! a lemon in it is the place!
: umnik2: so far everyone succeeds .... :) that's good!

But from this place - in more detail, please. How does it bake biscuits? : girl_claping
It turned out, they still ate it!
kava
Yes Yes, Storypoke your nose where your biscuits are in the micra

Defeaters, they are not mine ... they just liked my microwave and me
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=45827.0 (I settled on it. I divide the norm by 3 (for my form)).

There are others here on the forum, but only these hells. !!! consider the height of the mold: the dough rises 3-4 times !!! then it settles a little.
OKa
Thanks for the quick answer, let's go learn
Ah, I have already tried chocolate on boiling water, everyone who tried it liked it, but the second recipe is in the queue for implementation.

Oh, I've already tried chocolate on boiling water, everyone who tried it liked it,
Nope, not everyone. The chocolate on boiling water in the micra did not inspire me at all ... Brownies in the micra seemed to me tastier and less confusing.

Girls, and no one tried to bake mannik according to the recipe from the first post in the oven? Interestingly, it will turn out to be as lush and loose as from a micra?
Sandiya
girls, I'm not at home and there is no oven, so I want to try to cook manna in a micra. But with the dishes, too, strained. There are plastic bowls. Suitable for manna?
kava
I think that will do! I bake in a micron in silicone. It bakes well and is easy to remove. Maybe only grease with butter and grind with flour or semolina.
Sandiya
thanks, so I'll try shutter
zweto4ek
Hurray hurray hurray !! Happened! I baked in a silicone mold for 7 minutes at a power of 850. And I took double portions of ingredients. Thanks for the recipe.
Decembrist
How! The people bake incredibly tasty Turkish manna, and I don't know. Now I tried it - really, lovely. Baked with lemon, no orange (not available, but going to the store is brr, cold). so fast, so delicious! Reading a recipe takes longer than doing it. Smeared with sour cream and grilled for a minute. The silicone mold is great! Thanks for the recipe, I'm taking it. I am generally a fan of microwave ovens. I bought an airfryer, a multicooker ... And out of habit, I quickly and urgently sniffed into the microwave!

Why grill?

I love baking in the micr! Five minutes - and a guaranteed result!
And what is not ruddy, they say that the crust on the dough is not useful ... But always fluffy and baked
Caprice
Oops, something went wrong.

Peace be with you bakers!
at home mikra somehow did not take root, but at work it is used to the fullest
the recipe interested in the ease and availability \ in the office \ preparation
question is from priblud for mikra we have containers with lids and a saucepan with a lid
so when baking, you need to close the lid, or not
and what kind of glasses
kava
No need to cover. When baking, it rises strongly, and then falls.
Irina.
For the second day I have been baking in the microwave. I liked it so much. Fast and tasty, and time for kneading and baking takes several minutes.
Story, thank you very much for this recipe !!!
Baked into the layer. form with a diameter of 20 cm, turned out to be 3.5 cm high. Baked for 6 minutes. Delicious manna.

Wow, what a beauty !!! Natalia, is it such a manna from one portion?
Natalishka
Irina., yes, everything is according to the recipe.

Irina.
Good shape. And the manna turned out to be big. I thought it was from a double norm.
Chardonnay
Girls, can you please tell me the oil in the recipe for lubrication or does it need to be mixed into the dough?
Natalishka
Margarita Nikolaevna, oil 100g. into the dough. But grease the form too.
Chardonnay
Natalishka, Thank you!
I'll try it today. Not in my CF. true, 600 W, intermediate watts 720 and 540 I will try not to dry
Tancha
Story, I always use your manna recipe. Often there are remains of sour milk, yogurt gramul, unfinished fermented baked milk, sour cream a few spoons. All this goes to the mannik. I always bake a double portion, just right for my family. Baking and micre, but I did not really grow together with it, the middle is watery. Mostly in the oven, but now in Tristar. Thanks for the recipe!

Peace be with you bakers!
