Thanks for the recipe for Easter baked. I put kefir instead of an egg, since I don't eat eggs. It turned out delicious, delicious! For Panasa-Mode 03 Basic with raisins, a light crust is better, since I made a medium one, then it baked strongly and after 4 hours the finished cake is a miracle of technology :-) It was baked perfectly.
Next time I will add more lemon zest - I love this special taste :-)
