Finally, I decided to bake it. I changed the proportions of sugar (in the original it was 40 grams). I put in 60, but 80 is okay. Reduced the amount of fat.
Baked in paper cake tins. Cool down evenly, did not turn it over. An airy, fragrant cake came out. Light. Fluffy crumb. Sweet, but can be sweeter. Next time I'll put 80 grams of sugar. And next time will be sure. Recommend!
