Proofing for 50 minutes, as a result, where there is more dough, it rose straight to the top, and as a result, at the exit, the fungus, in another 4 cm, did not reach the top. She safely put the form, where there is more dough, on the wire rack, and when she put the second one, it opened! The dough fell out on the stove, well, at least not on the floor! I'm running into another shape, 18 cm in diameter, 8 cm high. After baking, she immediately opened the split form, the cake turned out soooo weightless, which immediately sagged, lying on the side did not help. But the one that fell, turned out to be a little heavier, probably from stress. I will take into account all the mistakes, and I will definitely repeat. I'll write about the taste in the evening, I'll take the Easter cakes to visit my sister-in-law. Thank you!!!
