I usually bake from the 1969 book On Delicious and Healthy Food. Every year, a week before Easter, I try a new recipe, but in the end I bake a tried and tested old one for the holiday itself. I couldn't find it better.
So this year I started looking for something new. And I found your recipe for Kulich. He is one to one, like from my book, only with an orange. But I always put a lot of zest and orange flavor in my kitchen too. This recipe is very good.
In my opinion this is due to the large amount of oil. The ratio of butter to flour is simply royal. I have never seen such a proportion in any recipe. Usually put less. But that is why it is cake, to be very rich. This is our favorite recipe! This year I will try to bake your version with grated orange.

I baked myself yesterday and did a little bit of fun - I decided to bake a tremendous Easter and in total when I got it out of the mold I broke it. : girl_cray: Easter is airy, hot and could not stand this size. I had to bake a new one today.
