Butter cake Layered

Ingredients

Wheat flour 600 g
Oat flakes 150 g
Vegetable margarine
(change to oil)
120 g
Powdered milk 4 tbsp. l.
(with a slide)
Dry yeast 2.5 - 3 tsp
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Salt 2.5 tsp
Ground coriander
or cardamom
1.5 tsp
1 tsp
Water 380 g
Raisins
or throw right there right away
full
dispenser
Candied fruit
or shredded
50 g

Cooking method

  • "Rise" mode if you use a dispenser, or "bake" if you put it directly into a bucket.
  • XL size
  • The crust is medium.
  • Nothing cracks. It fits right under the lid itself - in this regard, I DO NOT recommend using a dispenser, maybe the lid from it can crush the top of the cake.

Note

Still, so that the cake would have a specific texture, I experimentally determined that the combination of butter and oatmeal and wheat flour gives "cake lamination" and density, while maintaining porosity.
Separately - it does not, at least kill yourself. And it turns out just delicious, buttery sweet bread.

In general, my recipe is as follows. I rehearsed in the "lean" version - it turned out SHIKARYO.

Good luck!

But what about without eggs?
tigratangero
You can add 2 yolks, but then remove 10 ml. water.

Although without eggs, he is wonderful.

An interesting recipe. A couple more hours, and I'll write my impressions. I put half of the portion, added raisins, prunes, dried apricots. There was no coriander, added a little ginger, cinnamon

True, I prepared for dinner, cut it hot. Tasty. But next time I'll put in more sugar. Yellow from turmeric

Is Easter cake really without eggs?
KatRin
Anna1957, my husband said that it looks like bread, but we sell these kinds of cakes. My kids can't have eggs, I will cook it, but I will add vanilla, more sugar and butter, then there will be a completely Easter cake)
