Cooking method

  • I was drawn yesterday to experiments and inventions. And here's what happened.

  • First, I soaked 2 tbsp. l. (with a small slide) in 100 ml of water for two hours.

  • I took honey mushrooms from the freezer, washed it under running water, cut it, filled it with water (200 ml), put onion and salt, let it boil and cooked for 10 minutes. Under a closed lid. Added 10 tsp. soaked agar-agar (pre-shake) and boil for another 2-3 minutes, stirring. She took it off the heat, set it to cool. When the saucepan was still warm, but it was already possible to take it with your hands, I mixed everything again, poured it into a mold and put it in the refrigerator.

  • Once everything froze, I was delighted and decided to experiment further.
  • I took a carrot, grated it, filled it with water (200 ml), added dry paprika, tomato paste, curry powder and salt. I cooked the same for 10 minutes. after boiling and 2-3 minutes. With 10 teaspoons of agar agar. Has cooled down and, according to tradition, added a spoonful of olive oil to bright vegetables and spices. I poured it over the mushrooms and put it in the refrigerator.

  • But even this seemed not enough. She took out frozen spinach. Poured water (100 ml.) And put on fire. When it warmed up, I added a Provencal mixture of herbs and salt. Boiled for 3-4 minutes and 2-3 minutes with 10 tablespoons of agar-agar.

  • Then the agar-agar ended. Went to sleep.
  • In the morning I cooked chickpeas. Actually, I was going to make soup, but changed my mind. Grind the cooked chickpeas with a blender with garlic and salt, added oil and laid out with the fourth cake. In principle, both beans and peas will do.
  • I put it in the refrigerator for another hour.

  • Finally, I decided to try what I did there. I put the dish in a large diameter cup with hot water and let it warm up a little. I turned it over on a plate. The jellied popped out of the mold easily.

The dish is designed for

You can eat everything at once ;-)

Note

The experiment was so successful that half of the experiment was destroyed in a few minutes. And the other half will probably not live to see tomorrow.
