In my 16 programmed scarlet, the "cupcake" mode lasts 1 hour and 18 minutes. From this time, the kneading lasts only 6 minutes. The rest of the time is baking. There is enough time for baking and everything has time to bake well. According to the instructions baking-60 min. +10 minutes heating (temperature maintenance) in automatic mode, i.e. I do not turn on this function additionally.

Lenusya,
How many programs does yours have, 12 or 16?
My 16 programs. I recently bought it, well, as recently ... in February, but since I rarely bake, I can say that I am just mastering it.

Here is one model, and the stoves are different, so now in our Temka it is necessary to remind who has how many programs
Before, we were all the same, well, almost all

Porridge program in HP Scarlet-400 (16 progs).
On this program I cooked porridge from pea flour from BigV.
The flour has long been out of work and curiosity tormented, what kind of prog is Kasha and what is HP doing there?
The instructions on this program indicate a time of 50 minutes.
And the HP itself starts counting from 1:20.
Heating immediately turns on and the paddle rotates half a turn throughout the cooking time.
I don't think that pea flour porridge needs to be cooked for more than an hour, only it was very interesting what would happen in the end.
The porridge thickened well, did not burn, although at the sides of the bucket it became golden, it did not stick to the bucket, the porridge did not run away and did not spit - the HP lid is clean.
I didn't like the taste, although I love pea porridge.
Next time I'll make polenta out of flour.

Hello, I'm new here, but what can I say ... I bought this device recently (16 programs) and mainly for the sake of a test, since I don't like to make it with my hands. Dumplings dough in 15 minutes, yeast dough - 1.5 hours and you're done. The bread is also delicious, not like in the store, but for a long time I was choosing the recipe for myself. I bake on the French mode (2:55), but add another 25 minutes to the Bake mode. I have nothing to compare with because this is my first bread maker, but for its price it is very good. Below I share the recipes, maybe someone will come in handy, although I don't think I discovered America :-)
Dumplings:
water + milk 210 ml
egg 1 pc
oil 2 tbsp. l.
flour 450 g
salt 1 tsp

YEAST DOUGH:
water + milk 300 ml
oil 50 ml
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp l.
flour 500 g
yeast 1 tbsp. l.

WHITE BREAD:
water 250 ml
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp. l.
flour 400 g
yeast 1 tsp l.

Now I use active yeast, you need to activate it first (1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 50 ml of warm water, stand for 20 minutes). Then I subtract the amount of these ingredients from the main recipe. But then the setting of the products changes, since the yeast should not come into contact with oil and salt.

Yesterday I baked bread according to the recipe - Rye wheat on whey. The author of the Masinen recipe is Maria. Instead of whey (there was none), I added sour milk and added dry yeast. The bread turned out to be tasty, baked, weighing about 400 grams (pre-flood scales). She took the floor. the volume of products, i.e. 160 ml. serum + 15 gr. drain. oil + 0.5 tbsp. l. sugar + 0.5 tsp. l. salt (I took 0.75) +0.7 d. l. dry yeast + wheat flour 160g. + rye flour 100g. Baked on the "Rye" mode.

Girls, my H.P. Scarlet started having problems with not stirring. Now I loaded it with products for the capital's cupcake. This is Mariv's recipe for H.P. Brand. The second time it is in this recipe, such a problem arises. I have baked this recipe more than two times already and always mixed well. And today I began to take out the spatula after mixing (I always take it out at this stage so that there is no big hole in the bottom of the cake), and I take out the spatula with my hand, well, I felt the flour that was not stirred. Of course she interfered with her hand. Has anyone encountered this? And that strangely baked bread, mixed normally. True, this muffin has a lot of butter, maybe because of this. But it was normal before.

Svetlana, can you have a recipe?
lana73
Lenusya, made according to this recipe
kefir + water 256 gr.
rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
flour 400 gr.
yeast 1.2 tsp
finely chopped onion to taste
dill, finely chopped to taste
mode Basic, size large
Irina413
lana73, hello, tell me your recipe says kefir plus water 256 grams, but how much water, how much kefir? Thank you
lana73
Irina413, Hello! I only added kefir. I poured in a lot at once and decided not to add water. The bun should be monitored and flour should be added as needed.

Today I baked this bread again. Kefira added 170 gr. water 86 ml. I added flour, because it turned out to be rather watery.
The dough rose very well, even rested against the window.

Girls, can anyone have a recipe for cake tested and adapted for a weight of no more than 750 grams. ready in our hp?
letka-enka2
Mila56, I baked last year according to the recipe of Elena BO butter kulich https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=3502.0 , the one that is very small, I found my notes that the bun is sticky, the recipe is good.
And here's another https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=30848.0, (thanks to Elena Bo), there is a small size conversion.
Maybe it will work?
Mila56
letka-enka2, Elena, Thank you so much. Now I'll take a look and maybe I'll use these recipes. Or another recipe, which is described in the topic "Easter cake without hassle". And we are fellow countrymen. I am from Orsk. Where are you from?
letka-enka2
Yes, exactly, fellow countrywomen, I am from Abdulino, in the very north-west of the region, bordering Bashkiria. And in my youth I visited Novotroitsk not far from you, in the Rodnik camp from the OkhMK.
Mila56
letka-enka2, yes, like fellow countrymen. Perhaps I will bake in my oven and butter cake and the one that is in sunflower oil. Now I'll quickly look at Elena Bo's recipes and get started. Thanks again.
letka-enka2
Bake, bake, and I miss my Skarlusha so much, as she broke down at the wrong time, gave it away for repairs, I had to knead the Easter cakes by hand. Happy upcoming Bright holiday.

Mila56, Ludmilaand I baked https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3502.0.html- oil cake of Elena Bo. There, below the recipe, there is a recalculated recipe for 300 and 340 g of flour. The recipe is simple and the cake is delicious.
Mila56
Now cake is being baked from the theme "cake in xp without hassle". I counted it for 300 grams of flour and yeast and added a smaller dose anyway (only 1.2 mph). Experimenting so to speak. There is more oil in this recipe (I just add it to baked goods, I don’t use margarine in principle) than in Elena Bo’s recipe, and there is less milk. For 300 gr. flour added as much as 80 gr.butter and only 80-83 ml. milk. I am afraid that I have unnecessarily underestimated the amount of yeast for such an amount of oil. The dough during kneading turned out to be not "smear" and not tight, soft is so straight. Let's see what happens as a result of an experiment with an underestimated amount of yeast. Then I'll try out butter cake according to Elena Bo's recipe, all the same, the amount of milk and butter in these recipes is very different and the difference in the result will be interesting.

Here is the cake according to the first recipe. Cools down. The lid of the top burst, although I added less yeast than the norm. Girls, and its top needs to be smeared while it is hot, or can I apply glaze on the cold one? And then I have been baking pies and cakes, etc. for a long time, but for the first time. Baking on the "main" program -2h 36 min. + 10 min. on the baking program.

Scarlett Bread Maker And this has already been cut off piece by piece. Yes, and I must add that the smaller cake was made from the remains of dark flour. But its lower height was due to less milk for the same 300 grams. flour. But as you can see, it is absolutely baked. Well, I tasted both Easter cakes. The one that is lower will be denser, more comfortable. But alas, I cannot give an answer to the question which is tastier? It simply does not exist, but draw your own conclusions. Happy Easter to everyone!

have a question? what kind of sound signal does the breadmaker give when kneading
Admin

what kind of sound signal does the breadmaker give when kneading

Look in the instructions. Most likely, a signal is being given that it is time to add various additives to the dough, such as raisins, poppy seeds, seeds, and so on.

Insert the link every time on a new line, at intervals with the text, so as not to sculpt everything into one line and, moreover, without spaces between the letters - the readability of the text and the photo is very bad.

Yes, HP makes an intermittent beeping sound. In general, during her work, the relays inside her click quietly, these are the stages of the program that are triggered. And maybe ten still turns on and off, although I'm not sure about this. Here, in the tabletop stove, the shades are periodically turned on and off in order to maintain the set temperature, possibly in the HP as well.
