Hello! I could not find on the forum how to solve the problem - the electricity did not go out for a long time ... The dough is already on the rise, which mode can I turn on to continue the rise and finish baking? I switched on the 9th mode - the kneading began as much as 20 minutes, and the dough no longer needed it. Here, I ruined the roll again ...
Omela
Hope, You didn't have to turn on any mode, but wait for the required rise of the dough and turn on the baking (program No. 12) for the required amount of time.
Ollie
And I somehow kneaded Arabic, but forgot to add yeast. Two hours later I came to sculpt balls, but nothing rose there. I poured in the yeast, set the dough mode and again on the rise. After 30 minutes, everything rose, the balls were blinded, and again to rise for 30 minutes. I want to say Arabic sweet baked many times and this time it turned out no worse ... but longer.

Good day! A huge request to you, somebody send scanned recipes from the instructions for scarlett sc-400 .... The kids have destroyed the booklet, now at least cry! My stove is standing idle, collecting dust. I searched the entire Internet, did not find anything ... Thanks in advance
SchuMakher
kozerojka Do our recipes suit you?
kozerojka
I haven't experimented yet, and I'm used to those recipes, everything always worked out.
Skok
kozerojka, somewhere on the Internet for sure, I downloaded it. If I haven't erased it, I'll find it at home and try to throw it somewhere.
You need to look for instructions for the bread maker, there will be recipes.
Skok
Scarlett's website has this instruction,

🔗

... I apologize, I do not know how to make the link inactive. Hid in spoilers.
kozerojka
Skok, I downloaded the instructions from there, but there are no recipes ... I dug up the entire Internet and did not find any more)))
Skok
Now I specially downloaded it to make sure. Look from page 26 of recipes in English, from page 31 in Russian (at the bottom of the page).
kozerojka
Skok, exactly)))) thanks a lot!
Skok
You're welcome.
Moses
When kneading, the blade stops pulling and stops. Has anyone come across this? Tell me where you can see the description of the design, help with the repair of the SC-400.
NataliaK
Moses, yes, I came across this if I put more than 480 g of flour ... so I try to take all the ingredients for 475 g of flour and I don't have such a problem anymore

Girls and boys! )))) I went to say a huge THANKS! I got a stove before the New Year, tried it a couple of times and had to leave for a week. But this week I found this wonderful forum and read this topic. And today, putting a snack bar from page 9, anticipating miracles, I suddenly observe that my husband accidentally presses "stop / start" and ... that's right, stops the program !!! : girl_cray: Imagine the horror of a newbie, right? And then I remember that the girls here put on the 12th program, set the time and ... I did just that. I did it !!!!!! Thanks again everyone! I couldn't have done it without you!

Now wheat and corn bread is baked. There is still half an hour until the end of baking, and the smell is already on the whole apartment. Even Scarlett Bread Maker sits and sniffs.

Hmmm ... (scratching in the back of my head) And yesterday I walked past cornmeal in the store and thought: buy, don't buy ...
Brownie
Ascorbinka, why scratch your head for a long time about this? There are three types of bread:
  • tasty
  • very tasty

  • most delicious
Ascorbinka
I thought so. So I bought this flour today. Now throw a link at me, please, how to make delicious cornbread!

Until I found a recipe for the whole family, I experimented a lot ... one of the delicious was bread, in which I replaced fifty grams of 475 g of premium flour with corn flour ... I did not change anything in proportions, and if the kneading was a bit taut, I adjusted it with olive butter a little bit, the main thing is careful so as not to levan ... try to find your bread and put another 100-150 grams of porridge "yesterday" in different places, replacing liquid + flour, but I won't name the proportions, somehow eye ... considering, of course, that this is not just a liquid, but a porridge ... try the recipe with mashed potatoes, here it is to take it as a basis for using porridge (including corn porridge) if it is not clear I wrote it down - ask, I will try to explain ... just now there is no porridge ready to repeat-calculate
Ascorbinka
Yeah, the principle is clear, I will try, thanks!

Write down the recipe.

270 ml. water.
1 scoop of yeast
1 scoop of salt.
1 - 1.5 measuring tablespoon of sugar.
1.5 measuring tablespoon milk powder.
1.5 measuring tablespoon of vegetable oil.
300 gr. sifted wheat flour.
150 gr. sifted corn flour.
Oven on the "Basic" mode (2 hours 50 minutes). If you wish, you can start an additional batch of Macaroni before the "Main" batch.
The crumb turns out to be a nice yellow color. Show now, I'm sorry, I can't - we already have it Scarlett Bread Maker.

I bought a multicooker today. I bake charlotte. I'm very worried........

Hello girls and boys !!!!! Two weeks ago I bought a scarlet bread maker. Fortunately for me, there was no limit, despite the fact that the bread did not turn out the first time. I stopped at French, as it is the best at all. But lately, the dough has not risen at all, or by half. The yeast is the same and the flour is the same. Please tell me when kneading the dough should the bread maker heat up or not? It seems to me that it used to heat up, even the window was sweating, but now it is cold before baking ...

Do you pour some warm water? I tried the walls - they were also cold before baking, like ...
On the contrary, I have a problem - it began to rise strongly (especially if on a timer)

lenochek , welcome to the forum! Didn't it get colder in the apartment? The dough will warm up a little during the second batch. Try dough baking. Or after kneading the dough, turn off HP, leave for 30 minutes, and then turn on the program again from the beginning.

Hello, Ascorbinka. I used to pour any water, everything worked out well, but now it doesn't work with warm water either ... I remember well, I wanted to watch the kneading process, and the window fogged up a minute later ... Probably I need to carry it for repairs, and take a minibus to the service center an hour and a half to get there and I will remain without a stove for 45 days ...

Hello Omela, thanks. I'll try again. I tried the other way around: I turned it off before baking, and waited for about an hour to rise, and then I could not stand it and put it on heating for 75 minutes. It turned out to be something terrible, seemingly inedible ... But it was a pity to throw it away, and it was too late to go for bread, I had to eat it for breakfast with tea, you can eat nothing, the store can be worse

Ascorbinka, maybe you can try to put less yeast?

So here's what's interesting: for two weeks everything was fine! And then suddenly ... I'll try to reduce the yeast for now.
Ascorbinka
I forgot to write: the recipe is the same)))

Mine also worked fine for 2 weeks ...

Even the same yeast can vary in strength.

The "Scarlet" bread maker does not have a "baking" program, there is only "heating". It lasts 10 minutes, I read somewhere that if you set the right time, it can be replaced by "pastries". So I decided to experiment
Omela
No, it's clear that you can put baked goods, but 75 minutes is a lot.

The fact is that in the "French bread" program there are 75 minutes for baking. My bread turned out to be pale on the heating, but it was baked. The dough just didn't rise and it turned out to be low and the upper crust was concave inward.

I tried it yesterday on your advice, but the dough never rose
Omela
lenochek , try changing yeast.
Jado
Good night, bakers! I am a new owner of scarlet 401 and have already made 2 breads according to the recipe of their book "French". Everything worked out great! But ...: girl_cray: I was stupid .. When I was cleaning the bucket, I decided to pick off the dried piece with a spatula (I won’t explain why I pulled) and scratched a little, there was such a groove straight. All terer, did I irrevocably ruin the bucket? Can't bake in it now ??? I sit crying ...
lenochek
Quote: Omela

lenochek , try changing yeast.
I've already tried it. And in the bread maker, heating goes for
tenov count, or is there a heating element in the lid too?
Omela
lenochek , there are no heating elements in the cover. You understand that the rise of the dough does not depend on HP. Let's deal specifically with the recipe. Write what you measure how much and how.

Jado , dont be upset. It's unpleasant, of course, but you can bake in it. At me, however, in another HP, the ribs have long been peeled off.
lenochek
Omela, the ascent does not depend, but the ascent speed does. I bake French bread strictly according to the recipe, 750 grams, which is included in the attached booklet. Until recently, everything turned out superb, the loaf was the size of a bucket. I measured the products with the always attached cup and spoon (there are no electronic scales), saf levure yeast, makfa flour, after several failures, I tried the saf moment. The problem was not solved.
lenochek
Hurrah !!!!! My dough rose. I first diluted the yeast with water, let it rise, then started the bread maker with half the flour, and put the rest of the flour in an hour. And before baking, it rose as it should. It's a pity that the timer won't work
