Spicy crackers

Ingredients

flour 1 glass
curry powder 2 tsp
cayenne pepper or ground chili 1/2 tsp
cilantro (finely chopped) 2 tsp
sweet paprika 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
water 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Add spices, mix.
  • Make a depression in the middle and add the cilantro and water. Stir gradually.
  • Put the dough on the table and knead until smooth. Leave on for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the dough into 25 equal pieces and roll each piece into a very thin circle.
  • To prevent the dough from sticking to the table and rolling pin, sprinkle it with flour.
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper (do not grease with oil).
  • Bake crackers in preheated 1800From the oven for about 7-10 minutes.
