Pasta only in a rice cooker. There it is cooked under pressure (double lid), and when the pasta is boiled, it foam, the water will simply run away from other vessels ... just like milk porridge ... from flakes.
vegetables for salads can be cooked in a rice cooker and in a micro-cook.
for 500 ml, of course the jug is too small ...
Ekaterina2
anavi, pasta in the rice cooker! It turns out well, you just need to get used to: what pasta how many minutes. And so great.
anavi
Thank you, Larisa and Katerina, great, otherwise I have been suffering for several days with a dilemma - it was inconvenient to ask ...
Ekaterina2
anavi,? On a bread maker, inconvenient ??? Here such advice will be given - for all occasions. And even kitchens - and even more so.

Lenochka! kubanochka!
Congratulations!!!!
Decent collection !!!!!
Straight admired !!!!
And the freezer has done it !!!!! As from an advertising brochure !!!!!
Slastena
Lenok praised her beauty for the night and the mustache is now asleep, but the mulberries are gone, the sleep is gone, what kind of army has I collected some mixers with grinders?
mowgli
Lena, do you have an ultra for 3 and 2 liters?
Rada-dms
anavi, I would bake pies in such cocotte makers, portioned dishes, you can make something like cream caramel, soufflé, of course, too!
NataliaVoronezh
Laris, what are you going to put in your ultra on the bottom? They are so clean.
Oktyabrinka
I bought cocotte makers of 0.5 l, I like them very much, and I bake and cook in them, especially black rye bread, the loaf is the best.
anavi
So for 500 ml, but they offer me 250 ml - absolutely crumbs ...
notka_notka
Ooooooo here Lena showed how much beauty !!! Such batteries of choppers / mixers, Ultra - just super !!! Congratulations
I use a 1l Micro Cook jug, and have never regretted buying it. When I cook soup - fry from onions / carrots in it. Quickly when you need to cook a meal - also in it - pieces of breast, potatoes, mushrooms; choux pastry for quick tea-leaves is also in it; and I warm up food in it - very convenient !!!! I don’t remember everything at once, well, he is sooooo in demand from me

Natasha, when I bake meat, cutlets, meatballs, sweet rolls (sugar-cinnamon-sugar melts) - everything that sticks very well to the bottom ... I don't want to wash, so I put a piece of paper for baking. In 2L and 3.5L from one sheet, 4 pieces come out. Lasagne and 5.7l are also almost the same .. I do not completely close the bottom .. It is not necessary to put it, I am too lazy to soak-wash .. It's easier for me.

Yesterday I received a little female joy!

Natasha, tell me in more detail, I want to order to melt butter-chocolate, and then there you go, it turns out how much you can! Frying and choux pastry are especially interesting!
anavi
anna_k, Anechka, thanks for the pictures of the cocotte makers - I realized that if you take them, then only large ones by 500 ml, and not by 250 ...
anna_k
anavi, I myself will take 500ml, I really liked it.But I only need one.
250 are cool, but that's when the oven is there.

Oh, and I want to hear about microcook. He's very cool !!! I just dream about him. But it turned out that it would be very expensive.
You need a microwave to it, but there is nowhere to put it. To do this, you need to attach a balcony. Half a million budget
And so you want it))))

I make a jug in a microkuk.

Aunt Besya, Lena, in more detail about frying? So it is simply called that, in fact, it is not fried, but is brought to readiness or half-readiness (as needed). The same as we do in a frying pan, onion-carrot-tomato-bell pepper-grow oil (I sprinkle it a bit from a spray bottle) for a few minutes in the microwave, we take it out, stir it, watch it and try, if necessary, for a few more minutes. Our zharochka is standing calmly and waiting to be thrown into the soup. : DtIt's not difficult for me to give a jug back and forth, maybe it seems troublesome to someone. It is also very convenient for me to heat it up in it - gravy, soup, pilaf. And if you suddenly ran home, you want to eat, you can whip up a full dinner (2 portions are obtained). Breast in pieces, potato cubes, frozen chopped mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus beans, sprinkle with oil, 3-5 tablespoons of water, I closed the lid and into the micron ... After 5 minutes I took out salt and pepper, mixed it and again in the micra for 6 minutes 8 ... I got it out, interfered and I see if I still need to cook or not. Well, the standing time, as in all microwaves. And so, in general, the cooking time depends on the weight of the products.
And I've made these a hundred times, the dough is also in a micro cookie.

Today I baked custard rye bread in Ultra Pro 2 liters under a lid. The top is not very pretty, but rye breads are capricious))) The taste is specifically different for the better from baking in a bread machine. It turned out very tasty !!!

Girls, please poke where they talked about the rice cooker: girl_red: Do I think I need it or not?
Lamp
Alya, I don't know where to poke, here they praise her on almost every page. Every day I use a rice cooker, now I take it to my sisters, because it is at a discount in the joint venture.
Elena17
Hello! Can you please tell me which class cover the container with the separator has?
anavi
Lamp, Svetlana, can you name a couple of actions with her? What do you do in a rice cooker every day? And then I bought it - she will arrive soon - I'm afraid to approach ...
Elena17
Quote: anavi
List at least a couple of actions with her?
anavi, Olga, I'm not Svetlana, but I will answer. I cook cereals in it - rice, millet. I especially liked the barley - it turned out quickly. Stand, no need to follow, put it in the microwave, beep, stood still a little - and you're done, it doesn't run away. It is easy to wash afterwards. They also said that vegetables were cooked in it (potatoes, carrots, etc.). True, there was no instruction in mine - I found it here on the Bread Maker.

Is it needed if you have multicooker? What is the undeniable advantage?

It seems to me that this is an option when there is a microwave, but there is no multicooker.

Linen. much faster. Today I cooked pasta like a navy. While I was frying, the pasta was cooked. Psyo also mixed everything, as the grandson says.

I thought for a long time and decided that I was still needed. We like meatballs and cabbage rolls, you don't need a lot of rice, and sometimes I don't want to turn on the slow cooker because of the glass

Bread recipe
Yeast - 2 tsp
Rye flour - 260 gr
Wheat flour total. appointed - 300 gr
Panifarin - 3 tsp
Dry starter culture "extra-r" - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Sugar (maltose syrup, honey) - 1 tbsp. l.
Water - 320 ml.
- Rye malt - 4 tbsp. l.
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Steep boiling water - 80 ml.
Brew, stir and cool. Add to the main ingredients.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l. in the process of mixing

I did everything according to the recipe, I bought the ingredients specifically for rye bread)))
Kneading in hp on the "Dough - Rye" mode, I have it for 2 hours. Then she put the dough on the table, kneaded and formed an oval loaf. I put it in a slightly greased Ultra Pro 2L, leveled it, covered it with a foil and proof it in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. Then I made cuts (why I don’t know in HP I never did them), squeezed water and sprinkled with coriander seeds, slightly crushed. I closed the lid and into the oven. I baked for the first time in Ultra, so I will not strongly advise with temperature regimes (maybe someone will bake differently). But I will write my experiments: I set the temperature to 220, the top / bottom mode, the timer is 60 minutes and put it immediately into an unheated oven, after 5 minutes I looked in, and the ten was fiery red !!! I was scared that I would burn the saucepan and switched to the "down" mode. The oven was warming up together with the bread for about 20 minutes. 20 minutes before the end of baking, I lowered the temperature to 190. After a specified time, I took out and pierced the middle of the bread with a skewer - it seemed that it was not baked a little. I put it on for another 15 minutes. Next time I will put it in a preheated oven, it picks up the required temperature quickly without food, then I will compare.

Elena17
I don’t know about the indisputable advantages. I have had a slow cooker for a long time (Panasonic 18). But the son loves barley. Her husband hates her. Cook some barley in my slow cooker? I used to cook in a saucepan - but watch out, you have to stand. And in the rice cooker it is convenient for me - I can just cook a little for him without any problems. I bought a rice cooker via the Internet (it turned out inexpensively) - I made my life in the kitchen easier. Sometimes I heat it up in a microwave, when more than one portion is needed.
Is it necessary if you have a multicooker? Everyone decides for himself.
Monica
And in a rice cooker, can we store the soup in the refrigerator? Well, if I don't find a direct use for it
