You can't fry, only. bake in a microwave or oven. I have made cutlets several times already, they have never been juicier. But I added sour cream and starch to the minced meat, it retains moisture. Fried in a skillet, not until cooked, but until golden brown, without thinking about whether they are ready or not. I put it on barrels in UltraPro, closed it with a lid and put it in the oven for 10 minutes, then turn off the oven, and UltraProshka stands in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. The cutlets are very juicy and delicious!
