Oh class! I want that too
anna_k
RepeShock, you have no mikra? ))))

I, too, will leave one for myself, apparently, instead of microgourme and a rice cooker, my size is just right. But the pasta-bravo rectangular so far nothing can replace.
By the way, it is included in the catalog at a price of 1399 rubles.
All summer, on the advice of Larisa, I cook corn in it - KAYF !!!! My husband is happy, I don't bother with dinner))))

Anya! Give me a secret urgently! HOW to cook this, beloved, with my whole family, and to put it mildly, bothering me, corn in the micra? What to put it into and what to pour it into to forget, and then they themselves would get and eat this "fruit" without the participation of my and my nerve cells? Will Taper save us here too?

Want to know everything, Tatyana
7 minutes ... 5 minutes stood (remember that the microwaves are working), another 7 minutes. At 800 watts.
It stood for 10 minutes. You can eat.
And this is how it is - everything is simple and fast
We put the cobs in the paste, bravo-poured water (2-3 tbsp). We put the microwave on and that's it.
Once turned on, stood, turned on again. Stood.
We put it on a dish. Stick the sticks on both sides, sprinkle with salt and eat
I have got very successful cobs, delicious and of the most necessary ripeness.
They haven't eaten for a long time (we don't sell them), but this year in Samara in the children's park they ate, that's why I wanted and got the same taste, one to one.
wrote like that .. Experimenter
anna_k
and I did without water, twice for 6 minutes 800 watts. And we don't even salt))) And it's so awesomely delicious
susika
anna_k, Anya, you can burn a rice cooker or Bravo pasta without water.

Girls who have an extra chef, can he replace a blender? And what are you doing in it?
VitaVM
Larisochka, hello. And please remind me how you cook vegetables for a salad?
susika
Vita, just a couple of tablespoons of water to the bottom. Potatoes 7 minutes. Red beets, too, for 7 minutes, we cut everything into sectors. Peeled.
Beets - 7min - boiled ... 10 minutes - baked. the vegetables are delicious, the beets and carrots are sweet, I think because without water, the pores close and all the juice remains in the vegetables.
It should stand for 5-10 minutes. Poke lightly with a knife - not ready - turn on again.
It's time for my microwave .. everyone is different.
Another important factor is that if the inside of the microwave is dirty, it cooks more slowly.

Girls who have an extra chef, can he replace a blender? And what are you doing in it?
Grinds differently with a blender (already wrote ..)
The blender mashed vegetables (and unevenly at the beginning) .. the extra-chef grinds into small pellets.
cabbage .. mokrovka .. potatoes .. yab loki for pie-only extra chef-by hand long .. very finely grated ..
Now is the season of mushrooms, ideally grind (I boiled too, filling for pies)
Grated jam-currant-raspberry-good, it turns out more natural.
the blender whips into a foam and turns out with a bitter taste. to grind the seeds too ..
sausages .. sausage-fillings in pies or pizza .. mayonnaise ... whip yoghurts for a cake (gelatin drips through the funnel)
From biscuits with oil drain per minute, crumb-base for a cake or into a cake like * potatoes *
crumb dough .. for charlotte dough and any liquid ..
I won't remember everything at once ..
A big plus, without electricity and almost silent, you can do something, when the family or children are sleeping .. you can not make noise with combine-mixers ..
JIu
Thank you Larissa! Will he take boiled chicken breast?
Elena17
JIu, and take chicken breast, meat. Of course, boiled takes easier. I chopped raw breast - I can't say that it is very easy, but I did it.
Boiled - just with a bang!

Larissa, Anya!
You just make me happy! Since childhood, the process of cooking corn simply "did not please me", or rather - strained me! But if everything is so simple in Pasta Brava, then now I can cook it for my moths at least every day!
Thank you girls!

There was no corn today
But the borscht was cooked on the stove, it was necessary to process the beets - using Larisa's advice, she tired (almost sautéed) the beets in the microwave, easily and naturally
... and washing everything turned out - one micro-microplus. Super!!!
... and a lot of time has been saved !!!
I just fall in love with Tupper, it's no joke!
LanaG
Want to know everything, Tanya, be sure to try it, it turns out very cool, just look at the corn so that it is not overripe, otherwise no method of cooking will help
Aunt Besya
Girls, does our UE go under such a recipe? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=464041.0
How do you think the time will increase or decrease?
Longina
Elena, I cooked according to this recipe in UltraPlus for 2L. I had 2 pieces of pork for 300g and 700g, and so a small piece was cooked in 15 minutes, and by the end it had already begun to fry. And I made a bigger piece for 20 minutes and added a little water. In general, I was pleased with the result.
LanaG
Aunt Besya, Lena, Katya answered in the topic about ultra https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=464041.100

Yeah, thanks, I'll have to try !!
Ekaterina2
Aunt Besya, you must try! For it is easy to prepare and delicious in the results.
Girls who want to want the Clipset, first hold it in your hands. I didn’t like the handle, it’s too big.

And I have a favorite click-set !! The pen turned out to be much more convenient for me than the catalog one.
Ekaterina2
anna_k, Elena17, I have no catalog, and will not be. After Victorinox, I don't want anything else. ....
kavmins
Ekaterina2, and what is Victorinox?)
Ekaterina2
kavmins, this is such a firm.

Swiss. She produces her famous folding army knives. And they have such a potato peeler, white, unpretentious, light .... I won't even peel a carrot, eggplant, zucchini, or any overgrown cucumber without it. It costs about 150 rubles. I also gave my mother-in-law to all my friends.
Now I looked at their website - now a steel potato peeler is on sale, 300 rubles. But the shape is the same

kavmins
Ekaterina2Thank you very much for the tip - so I want to find a convenient cleaning!
Ekaterina2
kavmins, you are welcome! Thanks to the forum, I have studied the whole topic Kitchen little things, from the very beginning!
anna_k
And I didn't get the Victorinox, though I bought it for tomatoes. Not my pen ((((
Ekaterina2
anna_k,

for tomatoes - a knife? I have not seen peelers on the site. I bought knives, they cut great, but the handles are so-so, you have to take another series, more solid, there are different handles. Here is a bread knife - another handle, handy. And my peeler is gorgeous. Fair! I

Aunt Besya
And I won't trade my Teskomovsky for anything!
Olgushechka81
And I love the giant from the set with a grater. I also periodically look at the click-set. And if you compare with the giant, are they just as sharp?
orange
Girls, hello. Tell me if you need a pressure cooker, what and how to cook in it? For some reason, I began to want her!
anna_k
orange, Tapperkuk is highly praised in DC. But I personally have not yet understood the chips of this device ((((((The same recipe in the cuckoo pressure cooker and tappercook is obtained in completely different ways.
Perhaps the problem is in the crooked handles or that I cook too little in time.
But if we compare it with a collection of microcooks, in which meat reaches readiness in a micron in 10 minutes, and tapperkuk, in which everything is not very edible in 20 minutes, then I don’t understand why it is needed ... Time compared to a cuckoo it does not save, only more actions are obtained.
In general, I dreamed of it, but now it’s worth it, well at least it doesn’t take much space ... But the entire collection of microcooks is used very actively. And most of all, rectangular is used.
orange
Silence .... No one seems to be using the pressure cooker. And so they praise the DC
Ekaterina2

Of course, they are praised. Their salary depends on this. Our main one always praises everything so actively that sometimes it is inconvenient to listen to all this.

Moreover, to the extent that it is unreal from tappecuck.
I totally disagree!
I have Steba, but compared to her, pea soup in tappercuk is so delicious that we eat it 4 - 5 times a week. Every time I cook fresh, which is immediately eaten. Sometimes you have to cook 2 pots. And he doesn't get bored. Compared to tapper, the pea soup in Stebe, which I used to admire, is nothing!
I bought a pressure cooker last year, and I still make pea soup, which everyone at home is ready to eat every day. I also cook borscht. I lightly fry the beets with tomatoes and already when I take out the tapperkuk from the micra, I let the pressure go away, add frying and thinly shredded cabbage. I close the lid and let it brew for 20 minutes. And the taste and color is simply divine! And I also cook mushroom soup in this miracle - a saucepan
I took tappekuk exclusively for soups, which I never regretted. There were even thoughts to buy 1 more saucepan, but I waited until the price went up much. Now I am content with one, but the most beloved)))
Olya_
I am also happy with the pressure cooker. The main thing is to achieve pressure build-up, then everything is cooked quickly and, moreover, delicious. The first few times there were problems with the valve, and then everything went like clockwork. The only thing is that the volume is not very big for us.

Do not speak! We are always missing. Here are 5 - 6 liters the most. But then you have to buy a big microwave too.

While I will not attach this device, it may turn out to be friendship in the end

Thank you girls! I continue to want, want! It turns out this pressure cooker is only for very tasty soups ...?
SaraZ
Girls, I'm for advice. We need containers for sour cream, mayonnaise, condensed milk. Think between Chic and 440 ml round compacts. In chic, the size attracts, and in round ones - transparency. I didn’t see or feel them live, so I can’t compare. Purely visually, the lid opens better in Chicks (according to the charts principle). What can you tell me? who has any experience of using it?

And one more thing: I have milianas in three sizes: 600, 2.75 and 4.5. For completeness, I want to take 1.4. The right size? Do you often use it?
Aunt Besya
As for me, it's better than SHIKi, I'm guided purely by my family: in compacts, you need to get into the grooves with a lid, my spouse constantly misses and it turns out that the tightness is broken

SaraZ, I like the Chic bowls better. The size is suitable for sour cream, condensed milk, etc. The lid is sealed (100%), inside - glossy, outside the surface is velvety, there are windows - you can see a little what lies. I also use for grated and frozen berries (standing on the table)

Yes, I only like soups in it))) I tried to stew chicken and meat, it turns out steam, dietary. I can cook that in a double boiler. And I like the stew from the pressure cooker.

You are welcome )
Our favorite, pea.
I cook with different meats, and with chicken, and with turkey, and just on water (then I fry in butter: onions, carrots) But the most delicious smoked pea soup! I take smoked ham or brisket. I cut the meat at will.
Pour some cold water into the bottom of the tapperkuk. Smaller onions, cut large carrots into cubes or strips (usually on a mandolin), transfer to tapperkuk. Then 3 - 4 large potatoes, also cut into cubes or strips. I wash 220 - 240 grams of split peas in hot water until the foam disappears (about 3-4 times) If you like thicker add potatoes and more peas.
I fill everything with water to the very top (not paying attention to the "max" mark), salt, mix. I close the lid correctly and in the microwave, power 800 W, I set the time to 30 minutes. When it's cooked, I leave it in the micron for 10-15 minutes, during this time the pressure drops. Then I take out the plates and enjoy! Necessarily with the addition)))

I chose the time of preparation of the pea soup of our favorite consistency by trial and error. For example, in 20 minutes, peas in my micron did not boil as well as I need. Therefore, now I always put on 30 minutes and I am always happy with the result.

I can fry the mushrooms for the soup, or I can throw it in anyway. I also cook in meat broths and just on water. For water soups, I always fry vegetables in butter.

I wrote above how I cook borscht. Cabbage soup by the same method. My cabbage is not boiled for 30 minutes, but is infused in a hot broth.
anavi
Girls, how long does it take to cook porridge in a small portioned rice cooker and in what proportion? For example, oatmeal made from long rolled oats (not quickly cooked)? Maybe who cooked millet? I mean milk porridge.
